The company I run is an arts organisation and we have recently started a support scheme, through which individuals and organisations can make one-off or regular donations in support of our work. At the moment, this income is received online in the form of PayPal or Stripe payments. How do I record the income we receive from donors? It seems odd to raise an invoice, as well as time-consuming to do that for every transaction (which will only ever be small amounts of money.) Does anyone have any step-by-step advice about this? I'm based in the UK, if that makes any difference!
Hi, I've been billed for QB Online when I have QBSB. Who should I contact to correct this ? Invoice No 2100112618326
Hi Every invoice template that I create has the letters ES just before the post code - they still appear on the template when I have deleted all other information. It makes no difference which template I use. Any ideas?Simon
We use QB for estimating as well as invoicing for our interior design business. We do not use set prices in QB as everything is indivual to each client's estimate so we enter each price at the time the estimate is prepared. Randomly, after a cost is entered in the cost column (say a price of 34.55), when the estimate or invoice is saved or printed QB will add an additional 4 decimal points (so the price shows up when printed as 34.556723). If there are say 10 line items in the estimate this will occur with only one and it looks very unsightly. I cannot figure out why it is doing this. If you go in and change the price to get rid of the extra decimals when you save the estimate they magically appear again. Any ideas as to how to prevent/get rid of this?
