Why can I not view statements already sent to customers? The "how to create and send statements" guide includes this bit: View current customer statements Go to Sales and select Customers (Take me there).Select the customer you want to see the statement for and go to the Statements tab.Select the date range from the Date drop-down. But there is no Statements tab, and you cannot filter transactions under a customer to show statements either. The only way I can view previously sent statements is to produce a statement report and work from there - while this is handy, this is not acceptable to have as the only option; I should be able to see statements directly from the customer record. Looking through the knowledge base it seems that this functionality has been removed over the last 18 months, and not replaced - in that case you need to update your "how to" guides and remove all reference to the Statements tab / filte

Hi I use Quickbooks self-employed and uploaded a receipt a week ago but it's still showing as pending 'Gathering receipt details...'. How do I clear it? I've looked at other similar posts but I don't have a 'Needs action' folder in the Transactions menu so can't follow the instructions in other posts to clear it. Also, my home page says I have 3 transactions to review but when I click 'Review now' I get 'We didn't find anything', the only transaction that shows is the pending one ??? I've tried changing the transaction filters but can't find the 3 unreviewed transactions. ThanksCharlotte
Hey guys! When I send out an invoice and customers choose to click through and pay online by PayPal, Quickbooks automatically deposits the payment into an account for me... but it's the wrong account! Any ideas where can I change it?? It would save soooo much time! Cheers!Nic
When we try to send email while we press send it just crashes & it exists the app
I'm doing everything I've done for years. But now the clients are not receiving estimates or invoice and it pending
My bank account was opened in Feb 23, I downloaded QB October 23 but QB is only showing my transactions from July 23, I've synced the bank multiple times and this doesn't help
I am an accounting practice. When I raise fee invoices to my clients it would be great if QB automatically posted them into the corresponding client data files
The difficulty is that the customers don't always include the invoice number in payments often just the client name for whom their payment relates.
We have a billing platform for our mobile services which creates an invoice number which we then upload into QB via csv, the issue I have is that sequential invoicing number that we previously had before the upload defaults to the last one of the upload. Is it possible to have 2 number ranges running at the same time , which we can do in other accounting platforms and if so how do I do this?
