For a specific month I had uploaded a number of expense invoice - Travel £100, Parking £50. The bank transaction shows that an amount of £150 has been paid. I can see that you can split this amount into Travel £100 and Parking £50 but how do you match the receipts to the split bank transaction

I have set up a rule which explicitly identifies a payment coming in according to the bank text. It happens to be for the same amount as an outstanding invoice which is nothing to do with it. Why does the rule not take priority when it is clearly something I have specifically set up for the purpose?
My expenses tab seems to have stopped working. I click on the tab and it takes me to the page but the page is completely blank. I cannot add a new expense or see any of my already input expenses. Whe i am on the expenses page the tabs of Expenses, Bills and Suppliers but everything below this is missing.
I can see a list of my suppliers with their balances but nothing happens when i click on them?

Hi I am very new to quickbooks and have a small issue - right at the start.I have several Director's Loans that I need to add into the accounts, however QB is asking me to put the correct VAT code against each amount.If I put a sales code, the amount shows in my sales report, which I do not want.The amounts are not purchases so I have ignored those codes. Any advice please.
can you give bank details elsewhere on the invoice so customers can see more clearly. customers say they can't see the details printed at the bottom, not very clear!

Hi,we've overpaid a supplier & in order to match the transaction on the bank I need to create an overpayment to sit as a credit on the supplier account.I've read lots of threads on the community saying to create a supplier credit and then a bank deposit to match it to, but to create a credit I need to credit an expense account and they vary with this supplier & I don't want to impact VAT as it's just a payment on account.Please talk me through the steps to record the overpayment and link it to the supplier to be used as a credit against future bills.Thanks :)
I have an invoice template which I need to edit to update bank account details, but there is no option to do this. The help section on here points me to a page that it says cannot be found.
Hey I'm doing my invoices and they keep saying VAT and my work won't accept it because it needs to say tax only can you change this for me please
I have made a payment to HMRC which is a payment on account of tax. How do I record this in transactions? I cant list as an expense is it is not an allowable expense. Thanks
Yet another issue on QB online.In transactions, when I click on a transaction and click “find match”, it just refreshes the page and starts the process again. Tried this with a few transactions.Is this another bug to be fixed?Thanks
