Hello all,I just started using Quickbooks and initiated a sync with my Wise account - the problem is, all the imported transactions are added as Pounds (My business is registered in the UK) while all the transactions from the Wise account are in SGD (Singapore dollars)How can I fix this?
It's a new bank account and new QB account ,all links correctly but shows 0 balance
My account is frozen and I can't get it back online.
Following migration to QBO from QBDT, I have checked the balances in the trial balance and found 5 accounts with differences within the balance sheet accounts. They are:Debits: A/R £216.67, Retained earnings £88 - Total difference £304.67Credits A/P £7.70, VAT control £193.57, Imported rounding errors £103.40 - Total difference £304.67 Can I post an adjustment journal to amend these?
Hi there, I am unable to add an accountant to my profile. I have tried every possible route and none have been successful. It appears my profile doesn't have the invite accountant function that everyone else has. How can I access this function so that I can add my accountant? Many thanks, James
I have QuickBooks on my android and all paid up on Google play store yet on my iPhone and iPad it says my subscription is suspended and there is no edit button to change bank details
Options when raising the PO, save and send for approval, save and close or save and send. The PO says requires approval on it but selecting the latter option ignores the workflow.
Hello,Is there a way to make multiple accounts sub of another account in one go. I know how to do this for one account at a time (chart of accounts, select account, edit) which would be very time consuming for what I'm trying to do.Thank you

I recently bought two of your subscriptions, one was cancelled and refunded. It now looks like I still have multiple account using two different email addresses. I now need help in fully cancelling the one I don't need, so that I am free to use my original email address etc. Thanks
