Hi, I have Quickbooks Desktop Pro 2019. My Old computer would not update Quickbooks Desktop for a while now and so I backed up my QB Desktop and was going to upload it on USB to new Computer. I downloaded Quickbooks Desktop Pro 2019, entered my Licence Number and Product Number but before I could activate it I was being asked to update. I updated the programme I had just downloaded but it still kept saying update and would not activate. When I looked it downloads the Update R10 version and mine is not updated to this version so does this mean that I cannot upload my Quickbooks Desktop, to open on new computer. Or is there a way to do this.Many thanks
I tried opening the same thing with the browser I private mode, no luck. I'm a subscriber of your UK Self-Employed product. This is the message coming up when trying to log in to my UK account: Looking for our US site? We see that you have an account with out US product. Click continue to be redirected to our US product. ---- It doesn't give me an option but to click the "Continue" button.
I have been using QBSE for some time, got very used to clicking the cog / setting icong and then logging off. Today the log off button seems to have disappeared and I can't find one anywhere. Am I blind or are Intuit now hiding things?
Co-op bank say its not them, its Quickbooks that is the problem. Troubleshooting suggestions from Help Assistant haven't worked.

why does RECONCILE not work correctly - is this a Software Fault?I know the Inputs are correct, but it will report a discrepancy. The next day it will probably show it agrees. LATER: I have read other Posts; there is a suggestion "Bank Balance" in Quickbooks includes outstanding items which have not been included in the Download. This would be an explanation, but of course is no help ......The point of auto-download is you do not need the Bank Statement! Can the software be changed?Or, is their a more sinister explanation?
Hi, I want to move from Desktop to Online. Once I have opened an account for online do I need to enter anything other than the Company Name. Is everything else moved automatically. I did not know whether I needed to enter any other information. It does not state this answer on the Instructions for moving to Online.Many thanks

I need to convert from Desktop to Online, I have been told I need to register with Movemybooks to do this, but on the Desktop under the tab for Company there is a link saying Export Company File to Quickbooks Online, can I use this?

During Tax Year 21-22 I have a bought a computer for £650, then sold it for £550, and then bought a new one in the same tax year for £2,200.How should I record the sale or depreciation in Quickbooks Self Employed, so that I can ensure it correctly reports for my QB 'Tax Summary' report? I have several customers with overdue balances and the AP contact changes often. Older invoices and their reminders go to the old email address, not the updated one on the customer record. Is there a way, other than opening each invoice individually and updating the email address, to update the open/overdue invoices with the new AP contact for that Customer?
I have a UK subscription but need a second one in Australia, is this possible?
I am using the self-employed version of QuickBooks and use the simplified expenses to track my mileage, with my regular fuel costs should they be just marked as personal? as they won't be set against my tax as I'm using the simplified expenses method? Thanks.
