All supplier transactions are automatically posting to creditors on the BS including intercompany transactions. How can I amend the set up of a supplier to ensure a transaction posts to an intercompany supplier account or to a third party creditor account?

Good Day! I hope you are all well. I have been having trouble paying or resubscribing my account. I live in Zimbabwe but apparently my account is managed by the UK. I have tried everything the online support has told me to do but to no avail. We are at breaking point as loosing a years worth of historical data will be detrimental to our business. Please help. I have been unable to log into my account for almost 10 days now and it has become a real issue. Regards
We set the client AB up in the last month with a brand new log in via an invitation from the Manage user menu. When AB went to log in, he had access to two companies, his own AB Ltd and another longstanding client XY Ltd. QuickBooks have said that a long standing user of the XY Ltd had the same e-mail address, despite the fact it did not on our system (and verified by the QBO helpline agent). The QBO system used by their agent was showing different information to that on our screens. The initial user passed this up the chain and the expert just fobbed us off and shut down the support conversation.
App is still running on my old phone with all business transactions but when I log in on new one it's like a fresh account but I've checked the details against my old phone and the app and jts the same account
From researching this, I believe that the problem is with VAT registration. I am on a plan from QB (for non-VAT registered self employed) so I don't think that I have access to VAT settings. None that I can find at least.Zettle have provided me with help their end so I think I just have to sort things the QB end but I don't know how. I tried to have a go at adding Zettle to my accounts this evening and it is not even showing in the list on QB anymore. Has something between the two platforms changed?? Please help Quickbooks!
Quickbooks Desktop had a features to search customers by name, address, telephone number and a postcode.Quickbooks Online only search by customer name. Nothing else is working for me. Unless I am doing it wrong?
I feel like I have wasted the last two days. I am starting my first business and am stunned by the (lack of) customer care and support from Intuit so far. I have tested a number of accounting software platforms and settled on Quickbooks online. I want to move forward with this service. But today has been nothing short of a waste of time - for both myself and the people I have spoken to. I am writing this now because I'm tired of the re-directed calls, the livechats where I'm told to go to another team. I just want someone to help get my account sorted, so that I can pay Intuit for Quickbooks online. I have one Intuit account (based in Ireland). In error, I have managed to add the Quickbooks Accountant service to my Intuit account (this appears to be a US service). That has also added ProConnect. Another US based service. I purchased a quickbooks subscription on Friday... it's now Monday and I still can't login to my account it says 'we will process your signup as soon as possible' Not a good start.. first time I've bought a SaaS and I've had to wait over 2 days to actually use it. Is there a way that I can either restrict user's access to just produce quotes and purchase orders without seeing other info like customer's balance and overdue amounts etc? Alternatively, can anyone recommend an app for this please?
I want to change the account type for a few of my accounts. The instructions say to deselect the subaccount status of the subaccounts under the parent account and then select the parent account and change the account type. Once the account type has been changed for the parent account, then I select each subaccount once again and select the Is a subaccount box. When I click to edit the account, the next screen that pops up does not show a subaccount box to deselect. Appreciate suggestions on how to resolve.
