It appears that there is little support, it is difficult and frustrating when we cannot complete our work. Transactions for review i can see however my accountant cant see them. It leaves everyone confused, costs money and leads to miscommunications. Is there another program available that operates correctly?

I work with assigning lead accountant for my team to help manage which staff member is the lead on each file. I am trying to edit the lead back to me (firm owner) and I cannot. Why is this happening? I've following the instructions. In addition to this issue, as a firm accountant user and primary admin, I am trying to remove the Tax Accoutant user since the client is changing tax accountant. I cannot remove the user and our firm is the Primary admin (well a staff member from my firm).
