We would like to have users in QC location be able to view reports and enter payroll in their preferred language, and same in ON. Is a multi-lingual profile possible or do we need to have one unhappy location?
I can login via my iPhone and iPad so this is only a problem with my desktop, QBO online.
Since I've changed my billing to my accountant, I've been unable to access my Quickbooks. It directs me to update my user profile. No problem, but it freezes each time I attempt to update. I'm no longer able to forward receipts as it says I have no access and I cannot get into my account to make any updates.
Sent email prompt for new employee to finish setting up their account but they seem to run into the same issue each time : "I tried the reset password option on my computer (instead of on my phone) and punched in the code but it says i need to do a secondary verification and to choose an option, but there are no options"
Hi there! I am in need of help . I am trying to verify my newly acquired client's books and I am unable yo see any transactions or data entry. She recent subscribed to Easy Start and I am her accountant on her account . She claims she has manually entered her invoices for the prior year and is now needing help with transaction entries. How do I view her invoices that she claims to have entered and start on transactions? Need to Access ASAP as this is for tax purposes . Thank you .

Quickbooks Canada premier user, have operational 3rd party software imports directly into QB, how to convert vendor invoices that are imported in CDN $, to US $, note vendor account is in US$ in QB.issue is other software converts from US$ to Cdn$, but can only export the converted value (in Cdb$).Any ideas, workarounds, or app add ones?thanks.

This becomes an issue when I attempt to set up payments when I enter my address it says province instead of state and my ZIP Code shows incorrect
I have already set up my account to allow for bank and CC payments. Do I need to send invoices in the foreign currency? Do I need to connect a 3rd party app? Are there additional fees? I want to be set up so I am not sorting it out when I have my first payment to process.
