First time accepting a client invitation for quickbooks online from quickbooks accountant. I get to the point where I choose my company name, which does appear, but nothing happens... Has anyone experience this ? Know how to fix it?
We have had multiple staff who, in error, made their accounts outside of our firm's account, leading to them having sole access to certain clients. The result is, when they login, they have two versions of our firm show up - the correct one, and the one they created when they started. I need to correct this, but would prefer to do this internally rather than having to arrange this with clients. Is there a way to do this?

I was using QB Online with EasyStart and Payroll services since Jan 2021. On 3 Jan 2022, I unsubscribed the Payroll service. On Feb 10, I found that both EasyStart and Payroll services became inactive. I then resubscribed the EasyStart only again on Feb 10. Surprisingly, on Feb 11, I received an invoice indicating that both EasyStart and Payroll services were billed. I then unsubscribed the Payroll service again immediately. After that, I contact the online assistant for refunding the wrong billed Payroll service. A case number 1576547910 was created. Unfortunately, after a few hours, I received an email from QB support telling me that I could not get the refund. This is unbelievable because this issue is obviously the design problem of the online web portal to handle the Unsubscribe and Resubscribe buttons! I am very disappointed about such poor quality of the web portal and support service from QB.
We have an investment that matured, and both the interest and principal were returned to our bank account in the same transaction. I am trying to categorize the transaction as both a transfer from Investments and a deposit of Interest Earned, but QBO does not allow splits like this. How can I categorize this without messing up our books?
I have to login to QB all the time to update transactions for my bookkeeping team because Scotiabank requires 2FA to be turned on and it won't stay connected so I have connect it each time. It is very frustrating
Hey guys, I know this has probably been answered a bunch of times but, How can I delete an unwanted company / login, I have tried the unsubscribing under account management and it removes my entire logins for both companies. I am trying to remove the "www" login. (its been inactive for a few years now) Thank you

When I create a credit card account, I make a non-zero balance account. Now I want to remove that. What should I do? This balance is in the chart of account, not in the account register. I use QB online.
we bank with Vancity and they seem to be requiring a passcode at every login - will this affect my ability to direct deposit payroll
