I've already tried clearing my cache and cookies but that doesn't make any difference. I'm using Chrome.
We haven't been able to add new clients to our QBO for a week now. The tech support people that we talk to do not seem to know much except to say it's a software issue. It's extremely frustrating because we have new clients that we need to convert from QB Desktop and to do so means we need to create a client in QBO. It will let us get to the point of clicking "place order" and then we get the following error. Does anyone have any further information or know when we can get back to adding clients to our account?
I was about to edit a bill payment to apply it to the correct invoices paid, however, edits were not saved because an old invoice was assigned to an old deleted account. I cannot see restore option in the Chart of Accounts page or see deleted accounts. I also cannot see it in the Audit log. How can I restore the account so I can avoid this error : Account assigned to this transaction has been deleted. Before you can modify this transaction, you must restore (Old) (deleted) account.

My previous system had this option, but I moved over for something more comprehensive as I have a lot of small invoices and expenses. I will use quickbooks, but will have to manually complete again this year, but would like to find a solution going forward. Hopefully it is an easy fix but I can't currently track my tax accurately and I'm not confident about the digital submission when it comes to it.
All of the other fields on my voucher checks line up. How do I change the position of just one field?
I entered an inventory item with the date of 4/1 with a 0 balance and then proceeded to enter the expense with the date of 4/3 and keep getting the whole select a date that's after the date mumbo jumbo. Why won't this work??
Why is the timekeeping system down? It says "Somethng went wrong. Try again later." It's been saying this for over 2 days!
The desktop version has a layout designer that allows for more adjustments but that is removed in the online version.

How do I recover my Quickbooks online account if all I have is the Quickbooks/Intuit Company ID ?
Company has 3 owners. Owners A and B each have a 45% stake, Owner C has a 10% stake.Owner C did not fund their 10% at the onset, $100,000.00. --Owner C owes $100,000.00 --Per their agreement Owner C is due to be credited $30,000.00 towards his Equity for commission based services performed for the company for which he was not paid. In addition, they have recently made a $5,000.00 payment --How should I record the amount that they owe to us? as a Loan/Due From/Spreadsheet? --If using a liability to record what is owed how do I record the most recent payment to record it towards the liability and the Equity.
