HelloI am running QB Premier 2022.In June, 2022 I finally figured out, and shared the results, on how to get QB Desktop to successfully do a Scheduled Backup to your own pc..Since then, QB published an update, which was downloaded and installed. Since that update, the scheduled backups have no longer worked. My only option for backing up my company files is Intuit Data Protect. From my understanding, based on a conversation with tech support, my IDP will only be good for about another year, after which even that won't work. I don't understand why, or how, QB would break or stop the only backup methods available for the desktop version. They are literally forcing us to use the newer online version, even though the desktop version is working fine for our needs.
I want to invite my bookkeeper to my quickbooks online simple account,I want to know if by inviting them they'll have to pay a subscription themselves to create an account, or if when I invite them, they can create an account for free to work on my business (for which I'm already paying the subscription)-They aren't from the US so they don't have access to qbo accountants for free-

Hi I have been using Zoho Crm and I have so many different fields under the product (Inventory ) link. I meant there are so many details that I need to add for describing my products and create the similar fields then I wanted to make the migration from Zoho Products to Quickbooks product But I couldn't success it. Could you please help me if I can add more custom field to product inventory pages I saw similar question has been asked earlier but couldn't find complete answer. I meant it has been mentioned about adding custom fields to Invoices . But what I am interested is adding custom fields to Product page.
Is there a setting I can program to get back to where I left off when I log back in to my QB online? Like if I am working in the bank register and I logout or get logged out due to inactivity, I would like to continue in the same place I left off when I log back in.

I used the QB/Etsy integration with Sync. I cannot make the category inactive as Etsy created it and uses it. Why would listings be counted as income?? I cannot pull accurate P&L's because my income is inflated to over twice what it's supposed to be. I can't even seem to create a report to not count this specific "income". There has to be a way or this is a waste of a subscription and nothing more than a receipt organizer.
when processing customer receipts how do I apply policy adjustments for less than full payment?
It worked fine for over a year. I didn't change any settings that I know of. The account just vanished from everywhere except the list of connected accounts. I have three other accounts connected, and they are all showing up just fine.
Looking for an affordable solution: I have a small part-time dental practice with one additional employee. I like to have the most recent versions of software, but when I upgraded to QB Pro Plus 2022, I didn't do my homework. I was not aware of the annual cost that I was about to embark upon. (I hate recurring costs.) My subscription renewed in January 2023 costing me more than $500.00. I have not yet converted my files from QB PP 2022 to QB PP 2023 and I don't use any of the on-line services available. In reality, I just use QB to manage my different accounts and to create reports - payroll and P & L; nothing else. I understand that to larger businesses, the annual cost of QB can be absorbed without difficulty. Not so to a dental practice that is open no more than six hours a week - usually fewer. What will happen if I choose not to renew, or if I don't upgrade the files and ask for a refund - it's still within the 60 day
I need to delete and restart my QBO account. A phone rep informed me that all payroll payments must process and the that our payroll subscription should be cancelled before deletion. The thought of deleting either account is paralyzing but especially payroll! We have an automatic federal tax payment that was entered last week scheduled to clear next week, on the same day that we enter payroll transactions for the following week (salaried positions are automatic but hourly positions are entered each week). Would this prohibit me from purging the account until the scheduled payment actually clears the bank? If so, this would leave no time between when payments clear and when the next payroll is entered. Am I understanding this correctly?
I need to purge and restart my QBO account but the only backups I have are QB desktop files from before we converted to QBO in May 2022. Can I use one of them to restart the account and manually enter the transactions that have processed since? Does the fact that we’re using OBO payroll affect any of this? I’ve read conflicting instructions online and received differing advice from phone reps. The migration instructions state to bring the account up to date, including reconciliation, but I’m unable at this point. I tried to update our QB Desktop (its active for another year) but it won't let me enter payroll information because payroll account is now associated with our online version. Apparently they can not be used simultaneously. Thanks!
I have created a budget based on my last year's profit and loss. I used this budget as the one to compare to. When I put in the dates for this first month of the year it says there is no data to compare to. Why would that happen? How should I fix this?

Had a subscription for all of 2022 year, missed a payment (within the same month) now my QB's wont show me anything even though my phones playstore says they are active but when i go into the app or online it says its not. It's now been a few days since I "reactivated" the subscription & still no change. I've since started a new subscription & it's wanting me to redo everything I spent last year putting together. Is there any way to fix this? How do I get my 2022 QB year back? Any help is appreciated.
