We have a mechanic business. So with that we buy a lot of parts. Some of which have a refundable “core deposit” or having to return wrong parts. It is easier for us and our vendor to keep the money from deposits/returns as a “store credit” with them. How would I make it to where the parts/expenses purchased with said store credit are being kept track of in quickbooks
Do Vendor Credits need to be factored into Average Cost of inventory?

I am trying to move a subaccount to a new parent account that I created and received the message that I needed to first delete its association in the 1099 preference. However, the payments made from this subaccount will receive a 1099 at the end of each year. Not sure how to handle this.

HELP! I am the master admin as well as the accountant for a client. I would like to remove delete myself as the accountant but not affect myself under the QBO. No matter what I do changes both. We were trying the Accountant function out for other reporting options and did not expect it to change my access on the other end. I can only access the accountant side. HELP. I can assign someone else master admin to get around it and then delete the account but cannot seem to get to it. Thank you.
I'm trying to set up the connection with a new Capital One account. I access my full Quickbooks file remotely. Whenever the remote computer tries to make the connection, it freezes and then I have to contact the company running the server to reconnect. I've tried all the methods but every time it freezes.
Is it possible to migrate from QB online 2022 to quickbooks desktop 2021? I can get 2021 at a discount as a nonprofit. Not liking QBO at all! Thanks!
Somebody PLEASE HELP. So, QuickBooks online set up a merchant account for us... Sort of. We had a merchant account showing in our software, therefore our invoices had the click her to pay button. Issue is, we didn't have an actual merchant account set up and never applied for one and a client paid their invoice to Intuit. Intuit has been the worst to work with and the poor customer services reps cant do anything but ask the magic genies behind the scenes to do something to no avail. Its been 4 weeks that they have had a significant amount of money of ours and I cant get anyone to release it, sent it back to the client... Nothing. They acknowledge having the funds but I've been passed from you case number to the next totaling nine. They even emailed stating that they will be transferring the money to our checking account... three weeks later.. Nothing. Next stop is the Attorneys I guess. We have integrated panda doc with our QBO account and the "save and send with pandadoc" prompt only shows up on the estimate tab. Does the app only work to send estimates and not invoices too? It would not make sense to only partially integrate with estimates and not invoices too? Has anyone had this issue?
After Quickbooks corrupted my account, when they moved me from IOP, without any notice they had to move me again and they were going to leave my corrupted account active in case it was needed. They have made several errors which meant we had to go back and look at the old account. I was told bySharyn K. Sr. Specialist- Office of the President that I would not be charged for the old, corrupted account. I kept getting charges and I keep requesting refunds and the requests are not answered. When I contact support they can't help me either, when I contact the Office of The President they tell me to contact support. So how do I get refunds for all the payments they have fraudulently continued to take? Is the only way to initiate a class action suite on behalf of all Quickbooks users who have been fraudulently billed?

I cancelled my Quickbooks subscription 2 years ago and I realized I’m still being charged $30 a month. I can confirm my subscription is cancelled but why am I still being charged.

We're experiencing a very strange issue in Quickbooks where it is running extremely slow for the second users that logs in. We have Quickbooks Premier 2020 installed on a remote desktop server (Windows Server 2022 Standard). The first users that logs in have no issues and Quickbooks runs just fine. However, when the second user logs in, he/she experiences slowness issues where Quickbooks is extremely sluggish. We have checked the hardware requirements and the server exceeds the minimum requirements of Quickbooks. We have also ensured that Quickbooks is up-to-date on version as well as having all the necessary patches. Running the diagnostic tool also return no errors as well.
