Why can I not select the account I want for my deposits?

When I access QuickBooks online, the information as as to payees, accounts, etc is no longer there. It was at first.

I am trying to figure out whether or not I need two hosting solutions for Quickbooks. This configuration was set up before I joined the company via a consultant. Currently we are using Right Networks in order to access Quickbooks. I've found it to be rather cumbersome to be honest. In looking at our Quickbooks monthly invoice, I see a charge for Silver Edition (Enterprise) with Hosting as well as another line item for Enterprise Solutions Hosting. Am I paying for hosting multiple times? To be clear about our business, we have about 4 users (one main user, the others are not in the system much other than to grab reports) and are a Professional Services company. We do need hosting services and we have to use a desktop version for compliance purposes. Other than this however, I am not sure why we'd be using Right Networks if we can just download QB to our desktops and we are paying to have our data hosted via Intuit. Ver
I received a text message on my phone this morning asking me to call a number - [removed]- to resolve a problem renewing my "Quickbooks Plan." Here is the exact message: "We haven't received payment for your Quickbooks Plan renewal as payment card on portal has not been updated or not in Service. Pls Call [removed]to renew." Anyone else getting these?

I have categorized all of my deposits and expenses so far for the month of November. When I run my profit-loss report for the month of November, there is over $2,000 worth of uncategorized income. I also have this issue with expenses. These deposits do not show up in my bank account because they do not exist. I also noticed that the deposits were for the same amounts as other deposits that I DID categorize. For some reason, they are duplicated and showing up on my uncategorized income report. This is also happening with expenses. The "uncategorized expense" that I have is the same amount as the credit card payment that I just made. BUT I did categorize that payment as a credit card payment. And I confirmed that it still is categorized as such. I was on the phone with support for over an hour and the issue was not resolved. I have a lot of screenshots that show what I am talking about but it does not look like I can upload them here. Why is this issue happening? Thanks for your help!

(It occurs while selecting "Save & Close" in Adjustment Inventory) POP-UP: Quantity of Items have changed while you are making the adjustment. would you like to continue with the adjustment? Why this pop-up occurs? Will it affect the Adjusted Inventory of particular Items of a Warehouse? Should I click YES or NO? What happens while clicking YES? Also what happens while clicking NO? I want to close out the old GL account and merge/transfer the transactions to a new GL account.
I have Desktop Pro 2018. All of a sudden it keeps asking for my password when I open up Quick Books after I close or exit the company. I do have the preference set to "keep logged in for 90 days." Any suggestions? Seems to have happened after an update.
