Hello, I incorrectly entered two transactions in the "Sales Tax to Pay" category under Chart of Accounts. How do I delete these? Everyt ime I try, I get this error... This transaction will cause a deleted ACCOUNTS named B_________ Checking (5015) - 1 (deleted) to have non-zero balance.

One of my employees is having no problems with this and can do all the app offers but my other employee has an iPhone and has used the app before. I'm not sure if this matters but I can't figure out why his app won't show time tracking or scheduling and my other employee's does. What can I do to fix the problem? I've gone to permissions and its stuck as on they wont even let me change the mobile time tracking permissions.
As a non-profit association we work will Nimble within Salesforce. There is a lot of manual exporting and importing to get our AR into QBO. I am wondering if QBO is capable of the integration.
Suddenly today we noticed that Quickbooks was backing up our data under Data Protect. We have never subscribed to that service. We did notice that our QB Pro Desktop renewal was significantly higher than previous years. Would I be correct to guess that they just snuck the Data Protect plan in with that subscription, whether we want it or not?
I recently upgraded to QuickBooks online. I have had difficulty with my old data from QB migrating over to QB online. I have spent 20 hours with QB customer service attempting to get the issue resolved without any success. How do I elevate this issue to someone that can help me?

If an employee leaves their system logged in when they leave the area, is there a way to log them out of the system from Admin? I know we can send a note telling them we want to go into single-user mode, but if they don't log out or they have already left, ???????
I have not got my Chart of accounts setup correctly I think. In my Charts of accounts I set up three income accounts for the three different types of work we do. Landscape & Irrigation & Nursery. But the deposits into Accounts Receivable or undeposited account. Program will not let me change them. HELP
When I try to link my account from bank institution I get a gray screen that freezes the screen after I use the dropdown to categorize what type of account this is. I then attempted to link the account from mobile app and when I click the + button to add, the link account pop up shows up and then the app crashes, I have deleted and downloaded app twice and keep getting same thing.I also cleared all cookies and cache from google browser to see if that would stop it from happening when I try to login from browser. I tried to then go to Safari to login and get same gray screen that freezes when trying to link account.

Hello everyone-I could use some assistance with QB online. I need to change the default receivable account. I am currently assisting a company and they have been invoicing their customers for several years and all their sales are hitting a receivable account that they no longer use. Can anyone point me in the right direction of fixing this issue?
This just started when I am doing my Feb 2024 posting for Sales Tax. All previous months the report worked. It just stopped calculating the taxable amount column of the report wrong in Feb 2024.
I purchased QuickBooks Pro 2014 UK desktop version in 2014, and it was originally installed on a laptop running Windows 8.I have now installed the same QuickBooks software on my new laptop, which runs Windows 11 Home.
Client, who is the primary admin, get an error message saying he doesn't have the correct right to add an accountant user. This has been going on for a month. Intuit support is useless. We get scheduled update on the ticket. All the scheduled updates are saying the engineers need additional time to investigate. The next "scheduled update" on the ticket is March 15. We tried upgrade the subscription. Client can add me as a user, not as an accountant. Client does subscribe the quick bookkeeping service from intuit. I'm wondering if that has anything to do with the issue. Appreciate if any insight on this issue.
Program would not load, so I followed the instructions to clear the cache. Now it loads, but I have no files.
Looking to gain access again to desktop pro plus 2022 after subscription has lapsed. Just need to enter in one more month of bills to close out company. Any suggestions? besides renewing, I dont use payroll or any of the online features.
I have resubscribed, payment went through, but still no access to keep categorize transactions. Can anyone help?
