Let say the rent payment for property class as '456' arrives in account of property class as '123', what class do I put when I transfer the funds from account class 123 to 456? Thank you.
I posted this earlier today (below) and received a reply explaining that I need to use Quickbooks Desktop Accountant in order to get the QBW file. Does this mean I need to contact my old bookkeeper and ask them to send me a QBW file instead? Is it normal for them to only send a QBX file? That doesn't seem to make sense to me since I can only assume most bookkeeping clients don't also have the Quickbooks Desktop Accountant software... Also, is the Quickbooks site having issues? I tried about 20 times to start a chat with customer service and the chatbox would pop up for half a second and then disappear. So then I asked in the forum, but every time I try to reply to the response it says "Authentication Failed" and I can't respond. Which is why I created a new post... I have a brand new Surface laptop and use Chrome as my browser. I have an assortment of software that I use daily for my business and haven't had an issue on any other site, so I can only assume it's not just me. Earli

The Customer transaction under the Sales Tab looks fine: 1 invoice and 1 payment. This was the first time I used QB payments to accept credit cards.
