We have a LLC partnership.We have an Aflac account that the deductions from employees paychecks go into and once a month I debit it to pay Aflac. Now the 2 partners have Aflac, but because we take a member draw no money is deducted and credited into the Aflac account.How do we move money into(credit) this Aflac payroll liability account ? when we debit our main account it debits the aflac account. When we credit the aflac account it it credits our main account. Thus throwing off the main account. What we were looking at doing was transfering (debiting) from our main check register into (crediting) the Aflac payroll liability account.
I am not sure how to update my login information in quickbooks.
Hi. I would like to downgrade my Plus plan to Essentials plan due to nature of business. some of the features are not applicable. I have read downgrade is only available in the US. Is that right? Please advise as I would like to pay my accounting system my moneys worth.ty
My QBO does not give me a way to find out like it used to have in the past.
Once again I am trying to use Quickbooks. I tried installing to my Workstation but choose some bad options and I was unable to redirect resources to a drive with more space. I need to completely remove everything and install on a different computer. After several attempts including the migration tool which did not include the exe. I have tried to migrate to quickbooks on several occasions. versions 2014,2015,2019 and now 2020. Probably 3 or for times even for then. without success. There seems to be ZERO support for any issues with licenses. and the requirements for GB's of space on C$ in public locations is silly. does anyone have a link to contact desktop support directly?

Running Sales by Client Detail, Sort by Client, All Clients. Only the first client (alphabetical) with data for the period shows up. I can go client by client and get data, but I can't get all clients to show. This report worked previously, but doesn't anymore (I have this as a saved custom report).
