One of the users in our company has the role permissions called "Standard limited customers and vendors" and when you view the details of the permission for this user, it says he has "full access" to inventory management, including adjusting starting value, adjusting quantity, and deleting inventory. When he is on his account, it says he cannot do anything but adjust the starting value. He cannot adjust quantity or delete inventory. How do I fix this to make his account reflect the permissions that my admin account says he has?
Working in Quickbooks self-employed
In December 2020, I bought a one-year license to Quickbooks Windows desktop. What happens this December when my subscription expires; will I simply be "locked out" until I renew my license or will I simply be unable to receive updates?
EXPENSES not being added when entered and saved. EXPENSES not deleting when deleted. Every day seems to be another issue with quickbooks online. Any other users having these issues ?
I too had a very similar issue in February 2021 and the Risk Management Case worker closed my merchant services account on March 1, 2021 with no explanation. Usually you would get an email with an explanation letter of what is needed with a case number or why the account and case is being closed. I have yet to receive any of that. I would definitely like to speak with someone at a management or higher level regarding the incident. The person that handled the case was very rude and nasty. It bothered me so bad that I called back in to file a complaint and it was noted by someone else I spoke with when I called back in later. All of a sudden, My merchant account was cancelled without warning, and they could not tell me why. There was NO documentation in the case or my file as to why. The only person that could make the decision but the risk person that had my case. I feel this is in retaliation for my original complaint that was documented in my
I use QB for personal finance and wanted it to use for my freelancing work to make billing easier
We have an outsourced company handling our QB Admin and transactions. We the management of the company have no credentials to the system. How can we change them without their involvement as we are not happy about the service provided?
Exorbitant quickbook costs for non-profits. Is there a discount program for charitable orgs?
I am not a pro bookkeeper but currently keep books for three non-profits in my personal QB Desktop Pro account. Is opening an online "wholesale" account and pulling all three into it more cost-effective than paying for my personal Desktop Pro going forward? No payroll is involved, just creating invoices, taking payments, and producing standard monthly financial reports.
I was getting error messages again and again.
I've noticed this bug for some time, and have never been able to understand it. When I edit an transaction, say a Transfer from account A to account B, by adding a memo or marking the account-B side as cleared, suddenly account A gets changed to another account, such as Retained Earnings. This is totally surprising and I believe is a buggy behavior. I think this happens most often with Transfer entries. Has anyone else encountered this issue?
In the bank deposit window, how can I edit the drop down menu field for "payment method"?
