Wanting to save a backup to Dropbox but only see option for Google Drive.
QBO is basically unusable at this time for me. I need to report these bugs (1) Reports include phantom, duplicate Bank transactions no longer visible in Categorized, Excluded, or the Bank statements. There are 2 paths to this: a bug in one of the two Exclude buttons, closing Bank accounts.(2) Numerous problems with PayPal app and documented approaches to importing PayPal statements.
Hi,How do I reactivate a customer that has been deleted? I need to reactivate it because I also deleted a invoice associate with this customer but then QB created a credit memo which resulted in me having -$4700 in sales, which I can't fix. I need to restore the deleted customer so it can get fixed. I tried recreating the same customer, but that didn't seem to work. Thanks,

I am using Google Chrome and also the desktop app and have tried both. I have opened a new private browser in chrome to try and still nothing. I have tried switching views and nothing. The button for create new management report is showing but no the custom report. Thanks for help in advance.

One of my new employees cannot clock in on the app - it says mobile time entry restricted. I checked, and I have the permissions set so that the whole team can track time via mobile, and she is the only one having this issue. I synced, etc. - not sure how to fix.
We received notification that a credit would be issued for an unused hotel room that was previously booked. I entered that into QB as a Credit Card Credit. Somehow the hotel sent the credit to our checking account and I don't know how to change this so the correct account is reflected.

Hi,I deleted a invoice because it was no longer relevant ($4700). But then the QB online system created a credit memo $4700 "Created by QB Online to adjust balance for deletion".Now my P&L has -$4700 on sales (I log all payments as services, not sales, as we are Architecture firm). I cannot get rid of this. Can anyone help?Not sure why the system would automatically make a $4700 credit. Thanks!
