I have been trying to get our Primary User changed since FEBRUARY 23rd, 2022. I have called more than 10 times, spent countless hours on the phone, sent numerous emails, and NOTHING. I have gotten no where. I have had 3 ladies attempt to help me but each one has failed to get anything accomplished. The men I have spoken to took a glance at our account and told me to " just give it more time". No one on our business account works at our company! If something was to happen to our company, we would have no way to fix it because Intuit cant seem to do their job. This is HORRIBLE customer service. If you tell a customer that a job will take 5-7 business days, and then it has been 72 days (and STILL not done), you would be fired in a normal business! Our company is fed up with the lack of professionalism that Intuit has given us.
It's for the Accounting side and I just need to pull customers and Items from QBO via API request. Single service account would be accessing the data not QBO user via single signon

Curious if QuickBooks has now allowed for more than one Administrator. For instances like illness or vacation or leave of absence, it would be a benefit to have more than one person eligible for performing "administrator restricted" functions. If not what is the process to change administrators? Also, we also have QB Payroll: is that a separate administrator for payroll? Lastly, we have used QB for a long time, and the people that originally set up the system and the payroll are no longer here, and we may not even know who they were / how they set up the "owner" of the system. At a previous company, it almost required an Act of God and Constitutional Amendment to get the payroll administrator changed. Can anyone provide some guidance on the most efficient way of getting things updated when we don't know all the historical names and logons, etc.? HI, for some reason my credit card and bank account will only import or sync, data from the 1st to 15th of each month. Does anyone know how to fix this? QB and credit card point fingers at each other, since it is with both my CC and Bank, two different companies, I assume it is on the Q
I have added 5 Memorized Transactions - your basic health care, loan payments, etc. Do I still add the payment in the "Enter Bill" area? If not, is there a report that will show these payments or how do I keep track of the payments made?
I changed my sole-proprietorship to s-corp this year and try to do bookkeeping for this year. In the middle of the change, there are some transactions that I used for my business purposes from my personal checking account. I didn't want to manually record every transaction so I linked the account to the QB and now it is shown on my BS and P&L reports. Is there any way that I can conveniently link my personal bank account to QB just to use some transactions without impacting the financial reports?
Hi there, I took my QBO Proadvisor exam on my previous employers account and now I started my own company and QBO accountant account. I need to move my Pro Advisor to my account. I have called Intuit 2 times now and they say it will be taken care of but I still don't see the change on my new account. Intuit said they would need to change the e-mail address from my old one to my new e-mail. Still nothing has changed. What are the steps to take to getting my certification moved? I don't want to retake the exam if I don't have to. Thank you for your help! Debra Woodard

In other threads Intuit employees have stated that there is no way to set up a default "Deposit To" account. The actual default deposit to account is "whatever account was used last." That is annoying, useless and problematic.Our business is using an integration that brings transactions in from our online platform (which is beyond common today). As a result, many more "Payments" come in that get "Deposited To" the "Credit Card Merchant Asset" account than any other account. Therefore, any time a human creates a payment, the "Deposit To" account is set to the "Credit Card Merchant Asset" account which is almost NEVER used when creating payments in the office. Therefore, the operator must always change the "Deposit To" account when creating a Payment which nullifies the theoretical benefit Intuit things they are providing by just lazily leaving the last used account in place.Unfortunately, Intuit can not be expected to make their system work for real account
