For instance, I sometimes travel for certain clients. The client/customer in this case is not the Payee, but I'd like to have an idea of how much I spend on certain projects. I am logged into QuickBooks as an admin. I need to add new users. When I click the users and roles button, it asks for a password. I enter the admin password. the manage users and roles window pops up for less than a second and closes.This only happens in 1 of my QuickBooks files. I have run the desktop repair tool which found no errors.This is a desktop version, not web. Please, does anyone else have any answers? I have rebooted, restarted services and tried a different profile on that computer and still. same issue. But only in one company file.
I sell product to export markets. Once sold I will then buy the product. I will have additional cost for these orders. I would enter all my cost on an order as item receipts. Once bills would arrive I would reconcile these bills to the item receipts to insure they were accurate. I have not been able to find this option in QBO. Now I need to reconfirm each bill is accurate in a 3rd program. Looking for an efficient way to review and receive invoices.

When the organization received a QBO Plus subscription through Techsoup, I did not realize that using my personal name and phone number would connect QBO to my personal Intuit account. The organization now has organization emails and a phone number. Techsoup sent me a new subscription number to start over. How do I move all the transactions, data, chart of accounts, etc from the old QBO to the new QBO.
I'd like to allow a manager to run reports by client so she can bill properly once a client has been completed. We currently do not use projects and just track our hours by customer. I don't want her to be able to see my total hours each week, but if I worked on a client then I want my house to show up in that report. How can I do this?
I checked the regular parameters -- my internet is working fine, my machine greatly exceeds requirements, etc. Can someone on the QBO side pass along a request to improve performance? It is nearly impossible to get work done.
This is referring me to issues that are not related. When will QB customer support fix my issues Ive been using and paying for years. So far I'm not happy with their support of their customers. I have been referring to my case number and QB just sends me an email weeks later that it's fixed and it's not. Who can I talk to, to get answers?
I can't connect on my Quickbooks self-employed app on my phone as it is telling me they can't take new sign-ups. I am not a new sign-up - just trying to login, but there is no "login" option.

How to restrict access to enter income from PayPal only
The company I used when I started with QB in 1994 was dissolved in 2014. I want to change the primary name to another company that was also put in QB in 1994. I have the documents they request to make this change, but can't find a way to upload them for their review???TIA for any help anyone can provide.

Why are my checks missing the Payee's name in the address area? Name appears in Preview but that line does not print.
For the last 4 years me dress has been set it settings to my warehouse, so when I create a new purchase order it defaults the delivery address. This evening, it is giving me a strange mix of my registered address and my warehouse address. on checking in settings > accounts settings. the address has changed. it has kept the county, but the first line, city and postcode has changed. my email gas also reverted to an email address I stopped using 3 years ago
Without the shortcut, I am unable to move in and out of a report without re-creating it every time.
