How can I view my data from desktop pro plus 2021 without a subscription? I’m not able to open the company file. I was hoping to try the online version, but don’t see how I can import the data from the desktop version if I can’t open the company file.
I updated my IMac last week to High Sierra 10.13.2 Now I have been blocked or locked out of using my Quickbooks. I have 2012 Version and hadn't updated in awhile. Can I just get new Program installed and It will convert?
How do I add an email for notification when a customer pays online
I have a business and was managing my mom's trust, so I had 2 QB accounts. She has since passed away and I no longer need to keep the second QB account, but there are bank account records that I would like to merge into my business account as I've converted them from my mom's usage to the business. Is there a way to bring just those 3 accounts from my mom's trust QB account into my business QB account?

QB stopped downloaded Chase bank transactions back in June of 2023. I just relinked the account with Chase and refreshed everything, but I now have a gap of missing transactions between June and December of 2023. The newer transactions in Dec 2023 and Jan/Feb 2024 are showing. Older ones from June 2023 and before are also there. But everything is missing between June and December of 2023. What can I do to fix this?I am using chrome, and I also tried to open QB in a private window. No changes.Thank you
I am unable to work with "clients" or "invoices" within the QBO app, and it constantly fails to refresh or reload the syncing data. I opened a case for this issue and it never got resolved.
Where do I change the email for the accounting contact? An employee who is no longer here receives emails from your company but I find no where to update it
I can't seem to disable eServices. Taxes and forms are set to "I'll pay and file the right agencies through their website or by mail." I also have tried changing browsers and clearing the cache but nothing seems to let me change my legal company name. Thank you in advance!
Why does my balance sheet always show a difference between assets and liabilities after home currency adjustments?I have found that one or two credit memos create a discrepancy between debit and credit, which seems like a bug. I need to backup and rebuild the data to delete the incorrect credit memo and create the correct one, which takes a long time.Could someone help fix this issue? It recurs each month. Please!
We have 2 sales reps at our company, one who struggles with technology, including email. I need to have to so that when they send an email to a customer it is that sales reps email in the header under our company name, not the general company email aka "Customer facing email" setting that only allows one email. If emails go to our main sales person, who is not tech savy, and it is meant for the other sales person, they just delete it, so the other person, who is waiting on a reply, never see the email. Qb says the email was used before so its basically a locked account. however, the new user has never had access to the account and the email was never used before....any help would be appreciated
