When I create an invoice in QBO it uses my custom invoice template but when I import invoices from a csv file it uses a completely different template. How do I fix this?
I'm new to the online version, just transferred everything over, and set up my invoices to have the balance forward showing on them. Well now it shows the balance forward as a past due even when I have recorded the payment. Is there a reason the invoice isn't reflecting the correct amount? ex. Sally owed $200 for April paid in May. When sending out May Invoice for $100 the total due is showing up as $300 (Balance forward of $200). How can I get it to show that Sally only owes $100?
Looking to revert back to desktop. Online is garbage. What to I need to do?
My husband and I have been having the issue for weeks now that when we upload receipts to the phone app for Quickbooks Self-Employed, the receipts are being uploaded twice. So there's always a duplicate of it. He has Android, I have Apple and it's still happening on both even though they're both updated and have been uninstalled/reinstalled. This is such an annoying glitch, is it happening to anybody else? Infuriating especially considering that the price is being increased next month and they can't get something as simple as the receipt upload to work properly.
The report does not list the taxes in the correct county, but the invoice does list the county tax correctly.
When we converted from Quicken to QB, it moved all our customers and vendors into "other" classification. When converting them from other to either vendor or customer, the vendors ended up in as customers and their data moved into the customer side not the vendor side. Is there a way to convert the customers and their data to vendor along with the data? Thanks to any responders.......
I am just trying to make an "end of day" report so that I can show what is being deposited.
While searching for a solution online, I came across this post. I tried to follow the instructions, but it didn't work. Currently, I am using a sandbox account. I would appreciate any help. Thank you!
You can submit your miles but I cannot find a report showing them organized and totaled.
I need a way to be able to scan a barcode that will allow me to add or decrease inventory quantity to an existing inventory item. For example. "I have SKU#123 in the system showing quantity of 10, I scan a barcode assigned to that SKU and add 10 more making the total quantity 20 and have that reflect on my QuickBooks inventory account.
How would you do this? Seems silly to not be able to do such a basic function that is a breeze in the desktop version.

The billing cycle is until 8/11/2024, I am looking at the paid invoice and the transaction that has been taken out of the bank account.
