Is it possible to do a search for a certain vendor or customer (i.e. Intuit) using our Accountant access across all clients?
Hi, I am trying to register another Intuit Account but this message keeps on appearing "The feature you've requested is temporarily unavailableMake sure your browser has Javascript and cookies enabled. If the problem persists you can clear your cache and cookies and then restart your computer, or try using a different browser." We already tried clearing cache and cookies, and Javascript is also enabled. We also restarted the computer and changed the browser and the error keeps on appearing. Hoping someone can help us on this. Thank you.
I am using QuickBooks online and I cannot find language option from the menu. I've tried to get help from QB assistant chat many days and I have no success.
I tried to accept client in the US's invite, but get the error "Sorry, we don’t currently support connecting to a client’s QuickBooks Online company from a different region." I am also in the US so this makes no sense.
I am trying to clean up books. I want to make some accounts inactive. I cannot make some accounts inactive because it is linked to transactions that were incorrectly marked as billable expense. These expenses were not billable. There are thousands of transactions that date back to 2005. It is not feasible to edit these individually. If I take the approach of hiding these billable expenses which will mark them closed will this enable me to make the account inactive?
How can I see the current version of QuickBooks online that I am on? Where can I see a list of updates and bugs that were resolved in the software. There should be a list online that tells latest version and what changed in the software in that version. It might be easier to go to that each morning instead of calling support every morning and having to do the 1 hour Q& A to see if my bugs and issues have been resolved. In other programs they call them release notes.

Hello, my company is a DE C-corp and I transferred some ETH into the company through a SAFE Note. I set up QB for ETH as bank asset foreign currency to account for our staking revenue. I am trying to add the ETH value to my equity acct through my equity acct register in the ETH currency category. However I get a message that you can only use one foreign currency per transaction. Not sure how to proceed. Thanks for any help

I am trying to make these two services inactive, but keep getting these errors. The items have been deactivated in QBT, but when exporting times other services default to the Field Survey Crew. How do I change these default services?
I am using QB Desktop Premier Manufacturing & Wholesale 2020 and am trying to re-activate a job that was accidentally marked as inactive. The customer is still active, it is just one job under this customer that I would like to change back to active. Can anyone help? Thanks!
My client has a personal bank and credit card account that he was using when he first started his company. He hasn't used them in over a year and I was wondering if I should close those accounts out and what is the best way of doing that. Please explain to me how I can do this. Thanks!

When inviting someone to a QBO company, all invitation emails contain "No company name" instead of the actual company name. This issue occurs for any newly created company, not only for this one. Our organization recently acquired QBO Advance through TechSoup, aiming to leverage its features for better financial management. However, we've run into a snag while attempting to add the Bill Pay feature.Upon trying to activate Bill Pay, we received an error message stating that we don't have a subscription, which was confusing since our subscription is active. After contacting QuickBooks support, I was informed that adding Bill Pay might not be possible due to our purchase through TechSoup.Has anyone else purchased QBO Advance through TechSoup and successfully added Bill Pay? Any insights or workarounds you can share would be greatly appreciated as we navigate this issue.
She can access all bank transactions but when she goes to Custom Reports in my company the tab is blank. But I have many Custom Reports set up.
