Umbrella company has sub accounts for individual branch operating separately. Need trial balance for each branch. But QB goves trial balance for umbrella company only.
I don't get why you can't check Not Specified AND the Classes you want. This is a basic feature in Xero and every other bookkeeping platform I've ever used.

Anytime I need to open an invoice, or even create one, the app will automatically add tax to every single line item and it will not accept an override, and we will not turn off tax no matter what I try.Even if the invoice is created on a computer, and tax is correct on that invoice if I open it up on the app to try to email it, it adds tax to the invoice.
I went to log in to my current Intuit Account but when I entered in my email address, Intuit offered my current account login and an account I apparently last used in 2016 under a different login name, but associated with my current and longtime email address. How do I close out that old account and username? Can't find it under Account Management. Thanks
The Profit and Loss by Tag Group used to work fine for me, but not longer finds any transactions. I am using this Year-to date for the period and there are Tagged transactions during this period. If I get to the Tag report another way, by going to Banking, then Tags, I see 29 transactions that have been tagged, but when I try to run the report from this screen, the report does not show any transactions. The report is the same as when I run it from the Reports screen, i.e. no transactions shown.
I have an account that i inactivated as I switched it to my personal accounts. It now shows as deleted. There were a couple charges on it that were assigned to the wrong expense category. When trying to change just the expense category it states that it can't because it's a deleted account. I also tried to reactivate the account but when click on "Make active" nothing happens. How can I change this?
I have own (bought) QB 2016 on disk for Mac. It no longer works. I do not wish to do my book, banking online, nor do I do anything financial on my phone. Is there an off-line version?
The last (2) payrolls I have exported my QB Online Payroll to my QB Desktop however, it exports "all" of the paychecks the first time but (5) checks, that have already been exported, are sitting in QB Online Payroll waiting to be exported again. How do I keep this from happening?
Hello,I am going thru a nightmware with Quickbooks.1- My account got cancelled 2 weeks ago (no idea why, subscription is current, same account used for Turbo tax)2- No-one at quickbooks can help "your account is cancelled, we are not allowed to help"3- I get turbox tax to re-activate my account (submitting IDs)4- I get the accountant on my Quickbooks company to re-invite me using a different email adressI thought it was solved. Today: - Quickbooks has cancelled my "quickbooks payment"- my Quickbooks checking is "on hold"- Same story, no-one can help, "my account is cancelled" Where do I go for help? The Quickbooks checking has a significant amount of money, and suppliers need to be paid. Is the only option legal?None seems able to help. The money is locked on the account (I have access to see it), No payment can come out and customer support can not help.
It’s giving me a warning on the app that there’s a new way to update the bank accounts and that the old way is going away soon. Every time I sign into my back account through there, it just constantly reloads and glitches. I’ve tried everything I could think of. Any suggestions?
I am doing different things as Real Estate agent, managing my three rentals which each is separate LLC, and also improve property (renovation), can bookkeeping for all of these be done in one QB plus account? do I have to get separate for each LLC?
I have tried several things such as clearing cache and cookies, buying a new computer etc..
