I need to create a desktop file to access an archive of my current QBO company so I can start a new company file from scratch. The current file has over 30 years of data but has not be reconcile since 2001 - what a mess, but I want to start fresh and still have access to the old data.
I can see individual trips via the app but I’d like to run a summary of milage via the app. Is this possible?

We have a issue with with a client that want to limit their users to only create ESTIMATES without giving permission to create, edit, or view the entire Invoices and Sales for the company. Also, the client does not want to give permission to EDIT, CREATE or DELETE any Products & Services, so limit this section only to the Company Admin role. Anyone who can asnwer this ?

I sell livestock working dogs. And, I guess this flagged my transactions, and QuickBooks has stopped all online payments for my account. I like the software, but if I can not receive online payments then I might as well use a different one. Is there a way to get this changed or do I just need to find an agricultural friendly company.
Hello! I just successfully imported/uploaded my business credit card transactions into my QuickBooks for Self-Employed account, and while I know I'm supposed to categorize my payment from business checking to my credit card bill as a transfer, I'm also seeing two entries for each billing cycle I'm not sure what to do with: Total Payments CreditsOnline Payment (or "Payment - Thank You") These two entries are always the same amount, belong to the credit card transactions, and are reflected as credits (positive rather than negative). Should I categorize one or both or either as Transfers and exclude them? Not sure what to do with these. Any help appreciated! - TextElevate
We received a phone call from Intuit this week trying to get me to add support to our QB Enteprise Desktop subscription. Is this a scam? We pay for our subscription annually in September and I assume that full support is included. I kept telling me that he was sending me an email with information but I never got it. I was thinking it was a scam, but he knew my user account name and license number on QB. Anyone else experience this?
Hi,I just changed the bank account I have connected to QuickBooks. I updated where my deposits go and to which account QuickBooks connects to download transactions. Is there anywhere else I need to update with the new bank account?Thank you!deb
Excuse any terminology errors - I am a payroll clerk, not a techie, (but I love techies). Here is my problem: I have QB desktop premier with enhanced payroll. I use my PC almost all of the time to generate company payroll. I will be out of town in June, and will take my seldom used laptop with me, to do Payroll while I am out of town. I back up the company using Intuit Data Protect Backup, from my PC. As a test for being out of town in June, I opened my laptop and tried to "restore" my company file from the on-line backup. Nope. Laptop does not see the backup. How can I "tell" Intuit Data Protect to link the two devices to the same Company back-up? I can handle any kind of restore, export etc. Whatever is needed.Thank you.
My team member has full access to the client through my Accountant version. My email is listed as a user on the client account by virtue of being the accountant. If I add her email address to the list of receipt senders on the client account, will that also add her as a separate user (rather than logging in through my Accountant version)? How else can she send receipts to the receipt email listed on the client account.
I need urgent help changing my company's Primary Admin. The Primary Admin can no longer be contacted and we have no way of getting into her account. Is there a way for me to get it changed? And if so, what information do I need to provide. Thank you!
I can find them in a search of transactions, when I search for the category Taxes and Licenses. The State Taxes paid and the Business licence expense paid all appear in my transactions search, categorized properly. Why don't they show up in the expense section of the P&L?
I am trying to update my email address and phone number. Every time I attempt to update the email address I"m told that you need to verify it's me, even though I'M ALREADY SIGNED IN. After verifying it's really me that signed in before, I'm redirected to the Overview page to start the process over again. I've tried filling out your form using my ID to make any changes. I get about 3-4 steps in before the process refreshes itself and returns to step one. Is there anything else that I could be doing to make any changes to my account?
Our VFW account information is being obtained by an unauthorized person. can we find out who is doing this and how can this access be stopped?
