This is to provide to an external auditor. Unfortunately my searches only seem to find information for QBO or the US version.
The username when connecting to TD Bank Account keeps changing to my QuickBooks Online username. I keep updating it back to my bank username, but it won't keep it. What is causing this? I can't download my transactions and am getting really frustrated!
How do I split a transaction so that part of it can be assigned to ‘Categorised’ and part of it to ‘Excluded’? I know how to create the split but can’t figure out how to move each part of the split. It used to be easy in Quickbooks Self-Employed as you could split between personal and business, but in Quickbooks Online it doesn’t seem possible

Hi there, I have been through all the help topics on this but there has to be a straight forward solution.I paid a supplier for some equipment via bank transfer. Lets say the value was £1000.The supplier then realised they invoiced me the wrong amount and deposited £200 back into the bank account. What is the easiest most straight forward way of applying this??
