Intuit changed their system so that the filters on the bank recon clear themselves EVERY time you go in to the system. I called to discuss it with Intuit and they did not have any intel.
Can you remove duplicate transactions after reconciling an account? I have duplicate transactions from bank and credit cards that I didn't notice before I completed the reconciliation. Can these safely be deleted without an issues

For the last couple months whenever I try to edit a bank transaction that has a large # of lines, it freezes or times out. Whenver it does open, it will freeze after clicking "save." This did not ever happen prior to July. These are transactions automatically categorized using the Ebay connector app and it breaks it down by matching each transaction in the payment period into the correct chart of accounts for sales, fees, etc. It doesn't happen with transactions with only a few lines, only on the ones with several hundred lines. The Ebay connector app classifies shipping charges as "Ebay sales" and I need to edit those lines in the payout to "shipping costs", but I have not been able to do this for the last couple months. I already did the usual steps- cleared cache, updates, restarts, incongnito, tried multiple PC's, multiple browsers etc and nothing fixed it. Hello everyone, I hope someone can help me with this. I went to my bank and the clerk gave me $5013.70 when I only needed $513.70, since I was in a hurry, I took the money and left to pay the $513.70 before the place was closed, once I paid, I went to the bank and return the $4500.00 to the business account and now. QuickBooks thinks that the $4500.00 are income from sales when it is not. How can I fix this or record it so it doesn't go as income? Thanks in advance.

Hi, I went to the bank today and they made an error and deposited funds into my business account, it should have originally been deposited into my personal account. The bank have fixed the transaction and transferred the funds out from the business account and into my personal account. How do I properly reflect this for bookkeeping on my business account side?
I am trying to import transactions that are missing for 2023, I created I extracted the relevant dates and downloaded the file to my computer. When I try to import it, I get and "Error Importing" Message.

I had a business profile for months. My bookkeeper advised creating a separate quickbooks online so we could manage my personal and business finances separately. When it came time to buy the new quickbooks online account, I had the option of signing in and using my old log-in, so I did that. I thought it would be considered two separate subaccounts under the same username (I was paying for two subscriptions!). Now I can only see the new personal profile, and I can no longer get back to the business one. Was it just erased?? I can still see that I am being charged for two subscriptions.
I'm trying to connect to my nonprofit's bank account but I'm unable to. The way I access my nonprofit account is to login to my personal account first and then navigate to the nonprofit account which has its own link available after I login to my personal account. I can see all of my personal accounts but cannot see my nonprofit account. If someone could assist with this, I'd greatly appreciate it.
Can’t take photo of my check
I mailed 3 checks to a vendor for account payment. Those checks were stolen from the vendor mailbox and deposited by mobile banking to another account. These checks have cleared our bank. We are handling it with our bank and a police report has been filed. We still owe this money to the vendor so how do I fix the checks in Quickbooks.
