I have multiple questions about setting up Quickbooks and thought it would be great if answers available through community.Is there a way to have 2 user accounts in 2 different windows open at the same time? Manage account opens same account and no option to open a different account. Is there a way to see 2 different forms at the same time. I am not sure what to call them but for example-I am reconciling and want to see the register for that account at the same time. If I open a separate browser window to do that-what happens when changes are made from one or the other? I have downloaded bank transactions before but now cannot find sidebar tab to do that. I used to click banking-banking and the only option there now is Quick Books Checking (after banking). How to I get to the old banking page that had the option to upload a QBO file. Also, the sidebar now completely different. Missing a Dashboard tab-which is not even in option list. No reports. I guess question he
The paypal bank balance is zero while the QB balance is correct and is completely reconciled.

My business frequently has bank deposits from the same vendor, in the same amount, on the same day. When I import the bank feed, QB re-imports the transactions that were previously matched.
Hello! I am new to Quickbooks and trying to learn it in the past few days. I am working to a local insurance broker. I need help on how to categorize different items from their bank statements. Under the deposit column, checks has been deposited electronically. Written as, "From Capital Premium, bunch of numbers (it could be the policy#) INS.PMT Company Name or Individual Name and the amount. The amount deposited are around 30-thousands of dollars. What would be the proper way to categorize these entries?

Recently I received a bill through PayPal which was subsequently paid in full through PayPal. Neither of these transactions were imported to Quickbooks. Other transactions (payments received) that happened before and after this PayPal bill/payment have imported without issue. Is there any way to get these transactions to import?

I want to see what sales are credit card sales and what sales are cash/check sales. That way, I can break them out and match my credit card deposit to the correct sales line and the rest can be matched with the cash/check deposit for the day.
