I'm a Fitness Coach and will use the building for a gym where I will produce videos for my clients demonstrating proper exercise form and eventually train clients in a one-on-one setting.
When I select Make a Deposit and choose the sales receipt(s) I want to deposit, then have to add money to the deposit (usually for credit card fees from square), why can't I add a location to the row like I can a class?Currently, I have to make the deposit, then go to the register and add a location there. Any ideas for me?

Are there any updates on getting PayPal credit to connect to QBO?
Opened up reconciliation page and my opening balance does not match ending balance from previous month. Does not match opening balance from current month.
I was told by Bank of America today that they no longer have direct connect with Quick Books Online. I asked them to send me the article and they told me to google it and I cannot find anything. Does anybody have anything regarding QBO on direct connect with Bank of America? I am constantly struggling with my bank feeds not working and this might answer why I am having so much trouble but the groups that I belong to online say that they don't have my problem and if the banks don't help and QBO doesn't help then I have to come here but please, please do not respond with how to download and upload manually, I can recite all of the steps in my sleep.
All the transactions from my card made it to the transactions to be reviewed but I am missing 3 months of transaction history.
I just want to move a transaction without changing the dollar amount, into another account and category. May I move the transaction after it has been reconciled? I'm trying to consolidate transactions that have been put in different categories and accounts by mistake making records confusing.
A person gave cash and it was recorded as an anonymous payer. How can I edit this?

Hello all, This should be an easy answer to my random question. Can I clear my bank transactions periodically by accessing my online banking account or is it necessary to wait until month end when I do the reconciliation? I usually check my account on a weekly basis in case someone has not turned in an expense report preventing me from having to contact them all at the end of the month. Will it create issues if I mark them cleared ahead of the reconciliation process? Thanks.

How do you get a future date to print on a bank deposit slip?Example: I create the deposit today, 02/16/24, but I won't get to the bank until tomorrow, 02/17/24, to deposit it. So, I want the date that prints on the deposit slip to be 02/17/2024 but I am going to print it today 02/16/24.
Should I just bring over from todays date or do I match up whats coming through now from the beginning of the year> I dont want to mess things up
