When we connected to Paypal, it would only allow us to go back a few months, but we have to pull in transactions to the beginning of the year. We attempted to download transactions, but we cannot see an easy way to pull in only the completed transactions, and not the auths and holds. What am I missing?
A memorized transaction for a bi-weekly invoice was created. I am not sure when it was created what date was put on the invoice but it generated transactions for all of 2017 that keep popping up on the reminder screen when I open QB saying I have 27 transactions to enter now. I do not want to enter them and can figure out no way to delete them without actually creating and then going in and deleting each one?! Help...
First time reconciling. I see a grayed/checked IRS line and a same $ amount white/unchecked line under it. Did I manually add something in error that I need to delete?

I am using Quickbooks Desktop Pro 2017. How do I set up a line of credit. We will be transferring money from a line of credit into our bank account to be paid out as needed. I have searched online for this answer but can only find how to set this up using the online version of quickbooks which does not help me.
I want to mark a transaction as a 'transfer' from my LOC to another bank account. Typically, this means setting up a bank account to show what account it transferred from. However, I am not finding anything that looks like it correctly labels the account that way. How should I do this in QB? Thanks!

Is anyone having issues with customers unable to do mobile depositing with checks created with Quickbooks? I am having customers say the reason is all of the asterisks in the amount line. Quickbooks says it is mandatory to have the asterisks and banks are saying it is not.
What is the best way to address a customer payment that was deposited into the old company but the invoice was created in the new company? Company was changed from Sole Proprietor to LLC.
