I reconcile our chase account each month, but something strange is happening. When I go to reconcile a new month, there are DOZENS of vendors showing up (a lot from the beginning of the year) as 'uncleared'. However, when I run a bank reconciliation report I can CLEARLY SEE THESE ITEMS as reconciled. Please help! How do I mark these items as CLEARED as they should be marked so they no longer show up in my bank rec??Attached is where you can see the 'checks and payments' still in the bank rec, but these have already been cleared...

Some months reconcile easily. All transactions are there. Some months, nothing is there. No transactions (deposits or bill payments) are there. Maybe a problem with Square?
We provide a positive pay report to our bank. We have found several places to get the data we need, but all sources include the Vendor Name instead of the name actually displayed on the check. How can we get a report with the Check Display name instead of the vendor name?The data we send needs to match to the actual check that will be presented to the bank. See attachment for the field we need. We use Enterprise.
I printed my QB Checking statements and the beginning balance for this month does not match the ending balance for the prior month - how can that be?
These idiots sent my money to the wrong bank account and i have hurricane victims relying on me and these idiots send my money to someone else now i dont even have gas so i cant help any of them. Idiots.
Very frustration experience and after spending a couple hours a week for past three weeks making no progress and getting transferred 4-5 times every call, I am going to try this route and if this doesnt work I am canceling the subscription. We bank with Mid Florida Credit Union. When we try to connect our bank for transactions we get the error code "102". Every time I spend an eternity on the phone with QB I am told it will be updated and 7:00pm tonight and just click update on your transactions page and of course there is never of an update and it still wont connect. I can log right into my Mid Florida account on their website, but the same credentials only get me the error code "102". Coming up on a month I have paid for this subscription and have yet to be able to use it. Is there a fix to this issue or do I need to cancel my account?
Originally I imported the data from QuickBooks self employed to turbo tax. I needed to change a lot of data in QuickBooks so decided to start over even though it shouldn't be required at all.
How do I review and record a bank transaction that is a net figure received. In this case we sold some cattle which were subject to GST, then the vendor charged commission and some fees which are an expense subject to GST, then we received the net amount in the bank. The bank transaction does not allow me to split it and add the expenses in? Should I exclude this transaction and enter as a journal entry?

I have multiple bank accounts in QuickBooks and I want to download all the bank registers, currently i am downloading bank register individually for each bank is there any way to download all the banks register in one go from Quickbooks to excel with all the required fileds like Class,property,Reconciliaiton status etc. I will appreciate if someone can guide me in this regard. The upload from the bank filtered out a transaction as a duplicate. It's not, we actually did have a payment for the exact amount, to the same vendor, on the same date (third party contractor payments)There are journal entries for both transactions, but I can only match one, because the bank feed only lists one.I tried manually creating the deposit, but cannot figure out how to then match the transaction to the journal entry.Please help
I used the "add account" wizard and my transactions aren't loading. Someone help, please.
Until one of the upgrades, once an action had been completed, it would be removed from the reminder list so you knew that transaction had been completed. They no longer do 😕😕
