I have 2 separate accounts under my QBO login...one is for business, one is for personal accounts. I have the same bank (TD Bank) with different accounts for each and recently every day I have to reset my bank connection with TD Bank...It had not happened like this for over a year but now it happens all the time....What can be done to prevent this? Would consolidating my 2 accounts (business and personal) into one help? Thanks,Steve

The issue is that since QB pings the bank account with my access it locks me out of the bank online system after it pings it 3 times. I had the bank account unlocked and tried to reenter the username and password in QB and again the bank refused to take it even though it was the correct username and password, after 3 times and I am locked out of the bank account again. Is there anything QB can do about this. It seems this has happened before to many customers.
I originally set up a line of credit as a checking account. I want to correct that now and change the account type to "Other Current Liabilities" the way I should have to begin with. When I try to do that, it says that this account is being used on a check, deposit, or payment and I have to fix that before I can change the account type. I've went through all of my categorized transactions since the beginning of 2023 and clicked undo; there are 1000's! I'm apparently still missing one but can't find it. Is there a quick way to find that specific transaction so I can undo it and allow this change? I've debated on disconnecting the account and reconnecting it but not sure if that will red flag the incorrect transaction. I'm about to pull my hair out on this.
I have a credit card linked to my QB account that I need to remove... how / where do I go to do that?
I discovered that there are some entries in the Register that are duplicates of transactions I have Reconciled. A support staff member told me these unreconciled transactions will show up in my P&L reports, which will make my reports inaccurate for tax purposes. So, after reconciling up to the end of June, I went back and did a test - I edited 3 of these Cleared transactions in the register in December 2023 to be $-0 amounts. I got warnings that this could throw off my reconciliations, but I went ahead since none of these transactions have been reconciled. Then I verified in my Reconciliation report that this didn't throw off my reconciliation for January 2024, or subsequent. That said, I would like to know if I do discover an undesirable consequence resulting from deleting these duplicate entries, is there a way to revert my Company file to before I made the edits?
I am on a Mac using Simple Start version
receiving error message"We can’t get transactions from Capital One Credit Cards" transactions have not been imported - register balances are not updated
When importing mileage from MileIQ the dates and drives are all incorrect, and the majority are missing. I imported as a .csv file like I always have in the past and its always worked perfectly. I checked the .csv spreadsheet and all the info is there and correct
I have icons for each bank showing twice and all the transactions have downloaded again as of Jan 01,2024 in the review section. How do I get rid of the 2 bad ones without losing 2023 history and use the new ones that are showing the accurate account balances as well?
I want to deposit a customer's check that is more than $10k and can not be deposited by mobile deposit.
It says reconciled amount and difference but deleted. I'm unable to correct anything
Can you help me to void a check that was written for the incorrect amount?
