How to enter interest income on savings?
We have a relationship with a credit card firm (SpotOn) and are interested in utilizing the QB payment link on invoices to allow members to pay invoices with credit cards if they so choose. Can we continue to use the same credit card company that we have used for some time, or does QB force users to use a credit card company the QB has selected?

For whatever reason, my online services shows deactivated for one of my accounts that I want to get bank feed but every time I click the "Activate online services" it does not take and I get the below message when I try to save changes because my bank was bought by another bank and the routing number is different. Can anyone assist me with this issue please and thank you.
Has anyone else experienced weird transactions showing up or being changed in the bank register, and you know you didn't do those? Two examples:while reconciling my most recent statement, one of the transactions showed up as created in 2020. As I was entering a couple of new transactions in my account today, I noticed a brand new deposit dated 1-27-22 (today is 1-31-22) from the account "Opening Balance Equity," and it shows as Reconciled (R). How do these things happen when I am certain I did not put them there??? (I am the only one who has access to this QBO account.)
QB desktop pro plus 2024 - when I import credit card info into bank feeds it keeps auto matching transactions because they are the same vendor and $ amount, but they are not matches and are on different dates. In the past I could chose "NOT A MATCH" from the action menu and they would unmatch and I could class and enter them that way. But in the last month that option has stopped working. Even when I choose NOT A MATCH it keeps them blue and matched. The only way around it is to ignore those transactions and enter them manually into our register. This is tedious and time consuming. Is there a fix for this?
We have many internal processes and software connections that depend on the integration with QuickBooks Dekstop Pro. I have the 2021 version that is about to go out of support. We understand that there are a handful of functions that will stop working, including Online bank connections. Will I still have the ability to utilize the Bank Feeds function within QB Desktop Pro and manage transactions that I import manually using downloaded QBO files? Additionally, I import my externally managed payroll via an IIF file. I don't see anything mentioned about losing import functionality, so I'm hoping I can continue to import those IIF files also. I'll lose the ability to send my accountant the accountant's copy via Intuit online, but I am assuming I can still save the accountant's copy locally and upload using the accountant's secure portal. Version: QuickBooks OnlineThe Issue: I need to roll back a reconciled bank account because the starting balance is off. Some Context: While importing account data, the dropdown menu only had one option, which was the name of the bank account and the company. I assumed it was correct, so I imported multiple accounts into the dingle entry. This felt wrong, so I logged out and logged back in, and it the dropdown had multiple of accounts. The Problem: I now have duplicate content in multiple accounts, so I started deleting. I went too far and deleted a few items from the previous year, which is causing issues with my starting balance for the next month. Any help would be greatly appreciated, as neither I nor my accountant see a way to roll back the reconciliation. I'm sure it's easy, but it's not intuitive.
Using Quickbooks Desktop Pro 2018I am missing transactions from the downloaded bank feed. As a double check I also downloaded the CVS file to my desktop for the same account and everything is there in that file. Why is this happening? Can I just load the missing transactions into the register manually?
How can I link my Square Debit Card Mastercard Business Account to Quickbooks? I have the Account number and Routing number. IS there a way to manually enter this account I use for my business?
This is not a new account, has 5 transactions and I already tried re-doing previous reconciliations.
