I have had no bank feeds since the end of September and am just about at the end of my patience. I continually have to call to get an update and keep getting told the problem has been escalated!! No one can tell me when and if this problem can be resolved. About to pull the plug with Quickbooks and change software provider. Is anyone else having these problems?
I have a new client and she has hundreds of transactions that require allocation/categorising to the same income account. QBs auto suggestions are all over the show! I can't create a Rule as these transactions do not have anything in common (apart from being income). Can I bulk/multiple allocate? Looking for guidance please?
PS after one account reconciled as transfer, on another account doesnt show match on the reconcile page and on the account history page shows the transaction with no C or R.
