I am using the app on my phone to connect since I can't find that section on my laptop when I login. I have my business bank account with chase.
I have made bank deposits in two accounts, business checking and payroll. How do I enter them into quickbooks?

I have never taken credit cards for payments before, I did one a month ago and it still says “deposit on hold” and the funds are not in my account. Do I need to click “receive payment” like I do with checks or why is it being held up for so long?

I want to be able to go to the bank account, click on all of the transactions for a specific property and then create a profit lost statement for that property.
I'm trying to set to my toast account, but need to verify my bank account with a voided check or a bank letter printed on letterhead with an employees signature.
This stopped working last June of 2024 and QB support said it was a bug, after 10 months I am thinking it may not be a bug and might be based on the plan we are on (basic). Thanks for your help.
online instructions say to click on the Settings icon, then select Settings and Accounts, but that is not an option when I click on the icon.

I manually uploaded bank transactions. They appear, I've done the reconciliation but at the end of the process it shows a green tick next to quickbooks but a zero balance, why?
My account is balanced but why does QB bank register show lower than true bank balance?
How do I get FULL ACCESS to my account? I have my account through my CPA firm and CAN'T ACCESS. QBO CAN YOU FIX THIS ASAP!!!!!!!!!!! I am using Quickbooks online. I created a new loan account and received an error in the process. After that when I went to my back register previous reconciliations disappeared. I would like to know how to get these back without having to re-enter them. I have reconciliations missing all the way back to 2008. I checked my reconciliation reports and my audit logs and they both show my activity. I did not delete anything.
