Has anyone been able to link the new Allia (previously Accès D by Caisse Alliance) banking platform totheir QBO bank feed?  

I started a fresh QB account using a new bank account with a different bank that I just opened recently (which has direct deposit turned on) I even updated the email address that Interac uses for my direct deposits. I can't understand why the payment went into my old bank account. What should I do to insure it doesn't happen again?Thanks

i've created a supplier credit under vendor account & the bank is actually received the refund amount, however the QBO could match these, are there any steps I was missing?

Bank feeds feature in US version has advance mode but Canadian version does not have the advance mode. I am unable to understand as to why this feature has not yet been introduced in Canadian version especially because it is very useful and makes bank feeds feature not only very easy but much more. When can we expect inclusion of this feature in Canadian Version of QuickBooks desktop.

If I want to import bank transactions of a specific period, is it possible through bank feed feature. I am using desktop pro Canadian version and bank feed feature in Canadian version is different from US version.

if the person had no CPP deducted from pay how do I mark it in slot ?

Lightspeed says everything is good on their end. In QBO the App con't "reconnect"...

How do I add another bank account but not connected to the bank?  I just want to do transactions manually

I cannot connect or see my RBC business bank account. Every other account including my personal or business credit cards show up, but not my chequing account. Is anyone else having this problem and know how to fix it? Thanks.

My payroll cheques have been posted to the wrong bank in the general ledger, how do I change the bank to the correct GL account?

My withdrawal of 224.09 is a bank draft, 214.14 to the payee, and the rest to the bank for the cost of the bank draft.  When reconciling the account, how do I split the withdrawal?

i am using the qbo desktop app and the link to quickbooks time is missing

How to fix a NSF cheque I deleted. Wrote in May, came back NSF in June. I was told to delete it, but now I can't reconcile the bank account.

There is an option to show different columns while reconciling accounts but even when checked the payee does not show.  How do I get the payee to show?
