On friday I could leave notes on my customers accounts, now it has gone along with all previous notes made.
Has anybody else noticed how utterly diabolical the evening customer service is? I don't know which bit of "how do I enter Director loan items" and whether these should go in when items have been purchased for a start-up from my personal account, that they don't understand. They need to learn how to communicate with start-ups. No clear complaints policy and they don't ask for feedback. Clearly couldn't care less about customers so I've taken to Trust Pilot and closed my account with them after being with them about 3 hours. Maybe a record!

Hi, I'm having an issue where I need to set up timesheet users for contractors who work on a day rate. We do not want to use an hourly system. Is there a way to change the timesheet tracking from hours to days? Thank you.
Example: Customer 1 £50.00 x 8 Customer 2 £60.00 x 8
Why has this stopped? It worked fine for a good 8-9 months, it means we have to go and find the original recurring transaction or find last months invoice for the same item, which is a huge pain when a customer orders hundreds of items per month. Bit of a deal breaker if this can't be fixed.
