The account in question is a USD account in real life but wasn't set up as such originally. Which means every transaction had to be manually entered/ converted into £. To avaid this we would like to change this account to USD. How would this effect prior £ entries?

Hello We have accounts set up for Organisations who may have 300+ employees who can place an order with us. This means the Email address on the customers account will not be the email on the Invoice. Due to this problem we were unable to use the software Chaser. I wondered how other Intuit Customer were managing the Credit Control Management for overdue customers? as we current use Excel/Outlook.

Newbie here! I'm trying to figure out how to handle reimbursement of employee expenses, some of which should be charged to customers. I've followed How to reimburse an employee (with some help!) to create a journal entry and the report shows what is outstanding to the employee. But:1) the report shows what is due but how do I turn that into a payment to the employee?2) how do I see what is related to customers, and optionally add that to an invoice? I've also followed How to track mileage to create a mileage account and created a bill. The 'Pay bill' screen shows what is unpaid but:1) how do I see what is related to customers and turn that into an invoice? Ideally when I create an invoice for a customer the system would prompt me with something like: 'There are these uninvoiced expenses relating to this customer - do you want to include them?' Is that possible? The mileage approach has the extra feature of calculating costs based on the miles

Why is there no option "Bank" in the chart of accounts category type ?
Does anyone have any experience in integrating Quickbooks with Woocommerce in WordPress? We are wanting to swap accounting software from Kashflow but want it to work well with orders made via our website. We would like automatic invoicing and to allow for payments via card, PDQ machine, deposits, purchase orders and 14 days before. Want to know how well the two work together if anyone knows please
