We have Quickbooks desktop and it doesnt allow more than one person to pay employees, this make the process improductive, any idea or instruction to setup multiple users? thanks

Payroll was scheduled on 4/25/24. Everyday since, when I've logged on to check the status, I get this message at the top of the Run Payroll screen "Employees will get paid on Wednesday, May 01, due to direct deposit processing time. You can pay them via paper check for this pay period in order to pay them sooner." but it hasn't always been May 1st. It bumps out a day, every day. My direct deposit speed is set to next-day. All employer and employee forms are uploaded. What's going on?
I have just taken over as treasurer for our church. Our pastor has not had any taxes taken out of their paychecks because the previous treasurer was just sending them a direct payment through the bank. I am wanting to use quickbooks to withhold taxes, but quickbooks will not let me put in the previous payment history without inputing tax information. Thanks!

This contribution is clearly listed as one of the payroll items with correct amount (flat). Why is it being left off the paychecks?
The salaried employee was shorted for one pay period during previous calendar year. Need to add here to regular salary as regular pay with tax withheld.
I've been trying to run my payroll since last week. When I click on "Run Payroll" and select "Every month in advance" it pulls up the screen with our pastor's name but the screen is inactive. The top box says "Name (0 of 1)" and the box in front of the pastor's name is grayed out. What do I need to do?

The reason for the loan is to help pay for repairs on our trucks, so what would I put under detail type. Or do I put this loan in a journal?
Is there a way to do certified payroll with the online version? A Rep told me you can not. He also was supposed to have a manager call me back which never happened. He was very willing however to help me cancel my membership. So frustrated. If not how can I download reports to Excel with the info?

I am submitting my first payroll, i set up direct deposit but when i'm about to submit payroll it says "paper check" is that because it's the first payroll ? Also, if that was the case, how quick will the checks come if its suppose to be next day?
I failed to update payroll before creating monthly direct deposit paychecks that have been distributed. Now that I’ve installed the update, I believe next month’s payroll will include the proper withholding for both months. However, I submit the federal 941 tax payment monthly. How would I correct this in order to pay this liability? Thank you.
