I have a payroll schedule set for 1st of each month for 7 employees who have been paid for months. How do I change it to the end of the month?

how can I access the employee tab?
After migrating to the advance payroll system, only I can now access the Employee section. With Paysuite both myself and my boss were able to. What do I need to do to allow him access. He currently has a screen about changing admin for advance payroll when he clicks on the employee tab.
