I have just migrated over to new payroll and I need to run it today. My employees migrated over fine but I need to know if I have to set up RPI or whether it happens automatically when Im migrated. Please help.

Hi I am a driving instructor. I had sent 4 invoices to students who had booked driving lessons to begin at the end of March and start of April. Because of the COVID-19 they have not paid their invoices and basically stated they will get back when this is all over. I dont have a Credit Note facility, and cant raise a negative invoice>?
I need to enter auto-enrolment pension details prior to running the last payroll of the year, but my employee (me) wants to opt out for this year. Quickbooks doesn't seem to want to give me the option to opt out before running the payroll. Is there a work around?
This was a function that worked well in the Desktop Version, but in the Online version it is too restrictive.This screen shot is from the Purchase Order screen but is also applicable to the Sales Invoices and Receipts screens too. Note - there is a reason why the stock SKU is showing multiple times (that is a another issue)
I'm new to QB payroll - we have the standard version - is there a facility to enter childcare vouchers or is there a workaround?
I had to migrate my payroll last week, an advisor talked me through it and it was scheduled to do it on 2nd April. I assume that has happened although I haven't had a message to confirm that. Not when I select Employees from the menu my screen looks like this: I have cleared my cache etc and it still does the same thing. Can anyone shed any light on this please?
