Trying to change the date employees get paid. I can't find a way to change it, nor delete the payroll period to create a new one.
It will not let me run payroll after choosing the payment option I want. Is there something i have done wrong previously that i need to fix

Hello, We have some payroll items that show they have an annual limit under the Payroll Item List but when I edit the payroll item, it does not give me the option to change / remove the annual limit on an hourly wage type. The second issue I am having is some of our hourly wage payroll codes are not accruing vacation. I have checked the employee profile and everything is check marked as it should be. I am thinking that the "annual limit" is what is stopping the vacation accrual? We have a new employee and their paycheque did not accrue vacation and I am unsure why. Any advice, suggestions or help is appreciated.

For some reason the wages cost allocated for some jobs are a bit off. For example I have a employee paycheque for one of the employees and the cost of the higher hours on a project is smaller than the cost for shorter hours for another project. For example this employee worked 14.00 hrs for Project 22106 as per qbo time and the cost of this 14.00 was 194.36 – on the other hand the employee worked 7.42 to project 22124 but the cos t is much higher than the 14.00 – technically the more hours worked on a project the higher the wage expense.
Hi, I'm confused about the QBO payroll subscription price, Can someone tell me exactly how much I have to pay a month?Below is the price list on QBO website QuickBooks PayrollAdd $20/mo+$4/employee/mo For example, If I have 22 employees, so the monthly payroll subscription price is $20+$4*22 =$108 plus tax??? Is this calculation correct??? Thanks
When setting up a Canadian Charity for payroll it asks the business number and RP number but since it is a charity it asks for an RR number which is not an option in quickbooks. Any advice?
I need to see history of pay rates and dates changed. Is this possible since I don't see how to do this. When you change a pay rate you don't put in an effective date.
Hi, In QBO, the payroll tax remittance period assignment based on pay period or pay date? For example, when running payroll, pay period is Jan 16 to Jan 31 2023. Pay Date is Feb 2, 2023 .The payroll remittance belong to period of Jan 1 to Jan 31 or Feb 1 to Feb 28?Could you please clarify this question for me. Thanks
Our company has 3 departments (divided into classes) and currently has to pull reports from t-sheets and do JE when an employee spends time working in another department. Is there a way to set up the systems to do this without the JE?
