We have created a quote for a client and created a progress invoice. The following totals are appearing on the quote screen However they are not appearing on the quote template we issue to the client. Please advise how I can either show them on the QB templates or a Customized quote/estimate form. Thank ou
Using a QB template. Most of invoices cover multiple pages. Is there anyway that we can set up the table so that the table headers, body row headers appear on each page automatically and subtotals are all reflected on the same page (currently subtotal is one one page) but final total on another page. Thank you

If I created a quote for 10,000 for one of our customers. The customer has accepted the quote and agreed to pay $3,000 in August and the remainder when goods are delivered in December. In the above scenario, I have created a Quote for 10,000 + $1,000 GST (Tax) Created an invoice for $3000,00 in August + 300 for GST (Tax) When I look at the transaction list for this customer it is showing the total as as $14,300? (not sure about the 14,300 vs the $11,000 shown in the quote. Is the above correct? and if so, how do I know how much remains on the quote? Thank you
Trying to use a QB template for Quotes 1 Can we remove the work quote from the template?2. When the quote is converted to an invoice / progress invoice: Will it invoice number be the same one used on the quote or will it differ. Thanks as always.
I have 'Accept Payments with Paypal' and I can use this to create an invoice in QBO and have it linked to paypal. But I wish to give my staff access to create invoices and paypal handles limited accounts better than QBO and therefore I want them to be able to do this from Paypal. How can I set up 'Accept Payments with Paypal' to import paypal invoices (and not expenses) to Quickbooks or to just sync invoices in either direction.
