Hi,I am busy transferring to QBO from QBDT 2020 Pro. I have subscribed to a bulk subscription for 5 QBO companies. Last week I have exported the first company without any problems.Now when I try to export a company to QBO I get the "You'll need to update your software" - message. I have tried to update multiple times. I keep getting a File Doctor error #12007.When I go to the Utility > Repair file and network> Download File doctor, it says intuit does not support this browser. I am using the newest Google Chrome and have the latest Microsoft Edge installed as well. I am stuck and don't know how to get this issue resolved. I have already uninstalled my QB Desktop 2020 and reinstalled it , still not working. Please advise!

Mobile app login difficulties - since Thursday I have been trying to log into my quickbooks mobile app, it keeps on saying failed to connect to the server.
I do not find instructions on my profile.
I cannot cancel my subscription. I can see the subscriptions and billing tab, BUT I cannot see the Accounts and Settings tab - which gives me the drop down menu to select cancel subscription. Not sure how to cancel. Been trying for 3 months now.
