After clicking send and new. The page stays on the invoice and gets confused. It doesnt open a new blank invoice. This bug has been happening for about a week now. Anyone got a solution? Happening across multiple devices. Cache clear didnt help.
(Before I start I would like to let everybody know this is more like a review about QuickBooks than a question. However, this post does include questions so if anybody could answer please do for me and everybody. But I decided to join QuickBooks because I might have rental income in the future, but the software I used does not support it. All the problems start from here. I use Qb self employed daily. Today I can't log in and I'm taken to the billing page to resubscribe as apparently I have unsubscribed. (I haven't). I can't seem to even subscribe though - despite choosing both billing methods it comes up with an error message. Help pease.

No matter what i am trying to do Quickbooks is running slow and I have this:Unexpected token < in JSON at position 0 constantly appearing. I have cleared cashes and opened other windows to run in, nothing is helping. Stuck on hold calling, any ideas? Running
I can't seem to give my Client access to his QuickBooks. I have QB Accountant online, so I have him set-up as a Client and I have sent him an invite by adding his email address as a user within the Clients QuickBooks attached to my Account. When adding a user it doesn't give an option to set up a password, but when my Client accepts the invite, it is asking him for a password that hasn't been set-up yet? It also says no account is linked to this email address. Screenshot attached. The plan is for us both to have access to his QuickBooks so he can do his day to day paperwork and I pick up the more detailed stuff. Have I mis-understood how all this works? He's never had a QB Account himself
Hi, My employer uses QuickBooks Desktop but it seems as though the UK version doesn't allow you to purchase the advanced inventory add-on for the software, and in the last year we've taken on a second warehouse so tracking stock has become more complicated. I've been struggling to find what we need online, but essentially we need something that will sync with QB Desktop - moving to QBO isn't something we want to do - that has barcode functionality as well as being able to support more than one warehouse with bin locations. If this can do all of the other things like process orders through this and then post to QB, cool, but none of the added bells and whistles are necessary. I'd like to be able to connect our WooCommerce and eBay shops too, but again that would be a "nice to have" rather than something we need. Does anyone have any suggestions? I'm using quick books self employed and need to know whether there is/will be an estimate template added.I currently have to make my own estimate template in word and use this.It would make sense to have an estimate template?
We were told this was a PSD2 issue but from looking back at previous posts it appears this has been ongoing for a long time, not posting the fees etc properly from the integration as other softwares do? If other accountants are reading this please can you recommend bookkeeping software that actually has a working integration with Paypal? Also when will links with other banks such as Unity Trust and Triodos be available? This also seems to have been blamed on PSD2 or the bank with no resolution to the issue in sight or being ignored? Charity clients that used these banks and had bank feeds with them historically have been left with additional admin time and manual input because of this.
The desktop app for windows crashes every time I open a new tab. It repeatedly requests sign in, rejects the first password even when correct but accepts it second time then crashes. I thought this was happening because I was using an older version so just uninstalled it and installed 4.3.0 but same thing happens. the only benefit of using the app was to have several tabs open at once so it's really annoying and wasting time.

Can I use both a standard invoice template and an imported invoice template as I need seperate ones for (1) Contractors with Reverse VAT charge wording and (2) End users with standard VAT
HiCan anyone please help me. I am just starting Quickbooks Online and putting in information for the last year, I have done all of the current account transactions and have reconciled them up to date, now I am putting in the information for the business credit card but when I am trying to reconcile the first months statement the amounts do not match up so reconciling says there is a difference of £21.94, this is because the owing amount is £190.94 and the payment that was made was £169.00, so each month the payments will not be clearing the outstanding amount owed ?? How do I go about this ?? Thank you
Is there a simple way to allocate money paid into our bank account via our credit card terminal.I daily receive money via Barclarcard from the terminal transactions but this occasionally includes a refund transaction.If all transactions are positive amounts the allocation is simple. But if a refund is made you cannot select this credit note when receiving the other payments. If a customer paid a monthly account which had invoices and credits you would just receive money and then select the customer transactions invoices and credits to total the amount received. I cannot see how to do this from a card terminal payment with multiple customers and invoices/credits or refund transactions. Can anyone shed some light on this?
In mid 2020, Intuit began charging me more sales tax than what they should. I am charged each month for a "per employee" fee for employee direct deposits, and I also recently upgraded my Quick Books program from 2018 to 2021 and renewed my annual Enhanced PR subscription...each time they have charged me more tax than they should. I have called them many many times since mid-December, have been given numerous case #s and have been told countless times the "problem has been solved". Today I received a charge...with too much tax! I have tried talking with supervisors and even they are not able to solve the problem. In my opinion, Intuit is stealing from me, the customer, each month.Does anybody have a suggestion on how to bypass the customer service reps and any supervisors to get to somebody who can actually correct the problem? I use other Intuit products (Quicken, Quick Time, Turbo Tax) and they are able to get it right.
