Hi, I need to export my mileage for my end-of-year accounts but the square with the arrow symbol is missing from the mileage page on both the Mac desktop app and the online version in Chrome. I've searched 'Export mileage' and it just comes up with "1. Select Mileage. > 2. Select the Export icon." I have the Export icon on other pages but not on Mileage. I've even checked it wasn't hiding off the edge of the browser window. Am I missing something or is there a report I can run? Many thanks
I'm trying to produce from the standard sales reports my sales for any given period or the tax sales report , but QB 2019 premier generates the report empty as it were no sales at all. I have checked all the setting from the reports but they are OK. I no longer use payroll and every time I start desktop I get a warning saying tax table is out of date. How can I remove payroll so I can stop this annoyance
Hi, We hope someone can help as we are in an endless loop with QuickBooks technical support, providing no resolution. I apologise in advance for the longevity of this post, however it is necessary to provide all the facts and share our experience with the community. We had to convert from QuickBook Desktop to Online as payroll was no longer being supported in the Desktop version. We had always been skeptical of this transition and our fear has been proven to be correct. Using an online provider to manage such a crucial aspect of your business is risky. Right now we have had no accounting solution for almost 10 business days. We already know all too well that QuickBooks online has issues with the stored cache, resulting in errors after logging in. Before contacting QuickBooks for any issues (since moving from Desktop to Online, the problems have been endless), we ensure the cache and history is cleared. I use Quickbooks Online and use the Cash Accounting Scheme. I have a partially paid Invoice. I now want to clear off this balance as it will now not be paid. How do i clear it please so that is doesn't keeping showing up as unpaid invoice.
