My year end was on 31 January and I have just found an old invoice from October last year. Can I still enter that as normal as our accounts have not yet been audited by our accountants.

I can’t log into my account although I’ve had the account for years.my accountant was subscriber but I had since taken it over.how do I gain access to my accounts. Why do QuickBooks not email to notify your about to lose access??
Our client recently transferred his billing over to us however now he can't seem to see his invoices now in the billing and subscriptions tab. He gets presented with this message.Can anyone help as to why this is?

Hi, new to quickbooks. I’m in a creative industry so quite keen to have my invoices looking nice. The Quickbooks invoice temples are ok with a bit of juggling around, but the uploaded logo is low resolution compared to the text and there are formatting limitations. I’m tempted to continue sending my customers the excel invoices I’ve always done, but that means essentially doubling my work inputting it all into Quickbooks anyway. As a show of hands, is this normal for people to do? I assume there is no workaround I am missing?

Hi, I have been using a 2004 Quickbooks in South Africa since 2004 for my business which I need to put onto another computer with Windows 7 as the old computer is getting slower, I have managed to install it but I need to refresh the license, but I cannot seem to find a way to do it. I have called the help desk to no avail. I have the product and installation keys so there should be a way as its a legitimate Quickbooks product. I still have the CD Can anyone help?
I have called Quickbooks help and they said it is because i have a blank NI number - but I don't.
Is anyone else having problems creating projects against customers (if they dont already have a project)?The only solution is to create the first project via Projects on the Main Menu. Thereafter it works.

Can anyone explain why, when I thought I was exporting data from my QB Desktop (2013) to my (recently purchased) QB Self- employed, it was sent, without any warning, to a new trial Quickbooks Online account for which, I presume, I will have to pay a further monthly fee.

a typical situation would be that a funder gives us money to do something so i create a class called varley and record the £500 received in the event the job only costs £280 and the funder is hapy for us to keep the remainder so i want to change the class for the remaining £220 from Varley to the Central class our core funing pot how do i do it
I've been using QBO on and off over the past few days. I just gone in to run some reports and I can't. When I hover over the Projects or Reports links, the text appears at the bototm of the browser window (Firefox Mac) but clicking has no effect. If I manually enter https://app.qbo.intuit.com/app/reports I get a white screen where the reports list should appear. The is true for projects.All other categories seem to work, though they are very slow.Luckily, I'm done for the night, but what's going on?

Does anyone know how I can apply a supplier credit note to an already paid invoice from that supplier ? I have searched the entire Internet and have found no answer.I can find the invoice but cannot edit it or add the credit note and if I go through the +new/expense route I can't select it anywhere to add the credit note. Please can anyone help.Thanks in advance.
