Is there a way to automatically attached a pdf to all outgoing invoices (or paystubs for that matter ) I'm looking to have a rate change notification attached to all invoices for a month before the changes takes effect. I am thinking that this should be available in preferences, email/forms - but I don't see where I can add an attachment there. I even tried to develop a new invoice template, thinking that I could add a page there - nope I have also wanted to add Employee news to outgoing paystubs. I know that I can attached BY EMPLOYEE in the outgoing paystubs - but there doesn't seem to be a way to "attach to all" - doing it for each outgoing email seems a bit ridiculous. Any suggestions? For the time being - I have added a note to the invoices "new rate changes in June" but I can't include the detail - its too cumbersome. Is there a way to send out mass emails from out customer contacts? Thanks in advance
I am looking to easily track sales for commissions. I have a set of products that are commissioned to 3 different sales people. I don't think that using the sales rep is my best option as we used Corrigo, and have other service technicians that may interfere with the reporting, as the sales rep is changed based on the assignment in Corrigo. Any tips are appreciated!

I'm fed up of the stock reply from qbo 'support' change your browser, clear your cache, etc., and it also appears they don't fix an issue unless there are a lot of complaints about it, not from the same person :) I don't have two hours to spend with their 'support' to go over a recurring issue. Does anyone have a similar problem? It's only one bank account, the rest seem to be okay. Please and thank you
Hello,I'm working with a client that recently switched to QBO from Desktop. PayPal is one of the bank accounts that I have setup for the client, but I initially setup the PayPal bank account without connecting the PayPal account to QBO. I instead uploaded a month of transactions manually. I now want to connect the bank feed to this PayPal account, but when I connected the bank feed it created a new PayPal account in the COA. I have attempted to merge the two accounts, but when I tried to merge them I received and error stating " You can't merge two accounts that are both setup for Online Banking or WebConnect", however the initial PayPal account wasn't connected to Online banking. How can I merge the two accounts, or is there a way to remove the original PayPal Bank account that I uploaded transactions into? All the uploaded transactions have been categorized, so if I remove the original PayPal Bank account will it remove the transactions that have already be
We currently have QuickBooks Desktop 2019 Enterprise installed on our workstations and only Database server manger installed on the server. We are looking to upgrade to Desktop 2022 but i first wanted to check what are the steps. Do we just install the new Quickbooks Desktop app on the workstations and database manger auto updates or do we have to install the new version on the workstations and also install a new version of database manager? We have QB Pro with payroll. We have run 2 separate companies for the past few years. Our start of the new year is April 1, Our owners decided to bring company 2 to company 1 starting April 1. I entered the employees with YTD figures, which on their paystubs looks right. But when I want to pay liabilities it is not right. Also, I set up the second bank account because not everything has been cleared and finalized to close that account. But I am thinking there should be some kind of report from company 2 that I could print and enter as JE into company
Hello. I just started paying myself a monthly salary and wanted to add a one-time bonus cheque, separate from the monthly payroll. The preview shows an employee tax that's a whopping 46.41%, which is much higher than the rate on my monthly pay. My only guess is that QBO thinks I'll be giving myself this bonus amount every month so it's knocked me up to a much higher CRA tax bracket. Other than that I really don't have a clue. Any help appreciated. Thank you!

I had paid a vendor using e-transfer and recorded the expense in QBO. The funds were returned to our bank account because the vendor tried too many times with the incorrect response to the security question. Funds were resent to the vendor. How do I record the returned funds in the expense account and the second time funds were sent? The bank account is connected to our QBO and all the transactions are recorded. Thanks in advance for any advice.
Whenever I save a purchase order it collapses and I lose several inches on the right hand side of the screen and a new column appears called RECEIVED STATUS that makes my window so small I cant see the fields I need to edit. Anyone know how to stop quickbooks from doing this?
I purchased QB desktop 2020 a couple of days ago and I cannot open a restored backup copy of my client's company file. It says i have to update the company file and ask the administrator to do this.I have no idea what the program is talking about. I cannot find any articles on updating my company files only 'upgrading'.I can't even open the file without being forced to update. I don't understand why it just won't open the stupid file. It's only a 2019 version.I have my trusty .45 caliber quickbooks solution on standby if all else fails.cheersMathew
I just switched from QB desktop to QBO and I noticed that a bunch of old Customers' invoice became open after data transfer. All of these open invoices have been paid and in QB desktop data the payments are still apply to them. There are about 100 invoices and most of them are from years ago (2011 - 2020). Is this a regular occurrence? Has it happened to anyone else? Or is this a unique instance and should be be investigated further by QB tech support?
I recently reconnected my TD account, and it seems to have temporarily created a duplicate account, but now under my account section I only see one TD chequing account. However from the Transaction filter accounts drop down, I see a duplicateTD chequing account. Why is this, and how can I resolve this issue? First one: Second one: I did get a new TD debit card from the previous time I logged into QuickBooks.Is it possible that QuickBooks looks at the login name as the mapping value for accounts?If so, that is very problematic for TD, as the debit card number is the login name, and it expires periodically.
