For some reason I can no longer log into the app. I can for the online website... but not the app. It times out while trying to login. I think there may be a bug. Ive tried uninstalling and reinstalling it as well to no avail

Hello Team I purchased the QuickBooks pro 2019, and I am still using the QuickBooks 2016 most of the time in another desktop, even though some features not working.My Quickbook pro 2019 already has another business information. Question 1, If I want to install the pro 2019 in this desktop which has QuickBooks 2016 already. Will these two programs have conflicts ?Question2, if pro-2019 is only for 1 user use, does that mean the program is open in one desktop, can it open in another desktop but not using it at the same time? if it can do that, Does that mean the inventory will update itself in the second desktop?Question 3, After I download the pro-2019 on another desktop, how do I transfer the inventory and all the sales records to the new pro-2019? Sorry for all the confusing questions. thanks.
I sponsored an event for AB company; all the expenses I incurred were marked as billable; I have created an invoice successfully and it looks as expected. For this event, my company received a donation to help cover some of these expenses; I created a Sales Receipt to accept the payment and deposited it to my checking account. How do I pass this donation/credit on to AB company and deduct it from the invoice? Do I use a negative amount on the invoice - what account do I use? Do I issue them a Credit Memo, again what account. Or is there a better way I haven't mentioned? Thanks!
I'm trying to connect to my bank account but quickbooks keeps telling me to download a bank statement to Quickbooks in order to set up my bank feed. But when I go to my bank's website, there is no option to download to quickbooks, it just downloads a regular PDF of my statement into my downloads. I've imported that document into the document section of Quickbooks, but this doesn't seem to have done anything. Does anyone know how to connect to a Canadian bank account? Or just tell me what I'm doing wrong? Thanks!

Hi,We have a QB Premier Edition 2014 Release R16P installed in a Win 10 computer. How do I install this on a new computer without the CD installer? I did try installing updated QB versions but it says that my license number and product key are invalid though the information I put it came from the Product Information page of the software.Appreciate your advise. HELLO TEAMFirst questionwhen you click the "received payment ", the date of payment has to be the actual date of payment, OR It could be any date that I entered the payment. For example. The person A paid the cheque on Jan 13, 2019, and I received the money, but the I didn't put it in the quickbook until December 2019. Can I use the date as today to received the payment from person A, or the order has to be the actual payment date?If I already put the date as today, how can I change it back to actual payment date? Second Question, I heard the Quickbook has the function to file the tax. Some small business owners to file the tax on the last day of year. Could you tell me how to do it? Thanks

We deleted a memorized transaction that was no longer needed. However, EVERY time we open Quickbooks, the transaction pops up in the "Enter Memorized Transaction" window. If we "Enter Now" it says it's invalid so pops up again next time we start QB. I tried to re-create the memorized transaction just so it could be entered, cleared from the list and then deleted but it still comes up as invalid. Any way to clear this out?
