I can download PDF statements. Can transactions be converted from them, and manually uploaded to QBO?
Additional dropdown options to include income categories instead of just Receipt or Bill. I find the receipt upload tool great and it's a magic tool to match transactions, but I'm a detail oriented person and appreciate documentation for every transaction, including mobile deposits, e-transfer/paystubs (we don't use quickbooks YET!), merchandise returns, etc. I'm just wondering if that will eventually be an improved functionality of the upload documents tool instead of using two separate processes to upload attachments.
Randomly when I am preparing an invoice, after entering an item in the first column I'll tab to the next field, but the curser will drop to the next line instead. It will continue to do this for every every line of the invoice. But when I start a new invoice, the curser will behave properly again. It's very annoying as some of my invoices are many pages long and I have to remember after entering every item to tab back to the correct line. This is really slowing me down. Any ideas how to fix? I haven't been able to determine the circumstances around when this occurs. It's just random!
I have just upgraded from QB Enterprise 2021 to Enterprise 2022 and the multi user access no longer works.The same setup running Enterprise 2021 worked fine. Each of the office machines that has QB installed were upgraded to Enterprise 2022.The QB server is also a user machine. It can run in single user or multi user mode. The other office machine with QB installed can access the files on the server machine in single user mode. When this second machine tries to change to multi user mode it fails. I have verified folder sharing, folder properties, user privileges. The QuickBooksDB32 service is running. Under the QuickBooks Utilities menu, on the server, the machine thinks it is running in multi user as it shows "Stop Hosting Multi-User Access". I could use some additional guidance.Thanks
Taking a course which includes QuickBooks, online course and sometimes takes too long to get a response, so joined here. 😄 So, very simple... click new, customer, add a new customer. Name and phone number, save and close. Done. Customer shows up in customer list, active. Great. Click Projects, start a new project, I click the customer drop down and I get a list of all customers in my company, except the one I just added. I have made her inactive, then active again. Compared her customer info screen to the others in case I clicked something in error, and looks fine. Shut off QBO and cleared cache, started up again and again, all customers appear except the one I just added. Any ideas?

I am using QBO, and I am wondering if there is a way to automatically add interest on past-due accounts.
We have customers that have multiple locations that we service, not ship to. We call them sites. For example - a landscape company has Walmart as a customer. They send their invoices to Walmart head office and need to identify the site address (store) on each invoice where the work was done. -The sub customer option looks too confusing on the invoice.-The ship to address doesn’t seem correct -You could list the address in the invoice description section but we don’t like that either Is there a way to make a “site address” or “service address” or “location address” on the invoice?
There is nothing on the page other than headings and a grey box - logged out and logged back in same result.
I would like to complete our T2 in profile, but I don't see how I can import the data. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Need some assistance on this one. I have downloaded the latest tax table update - all good from that perspective. Manitoba has increased the provincial TD1 amount for 2023. From $10855 to $15000. The tax table is now showing a prorated amount for July 2023 payroll onwards to reflect this change. If I have a new employee who has not been paid in 2023 yet, is the provincial TD1 $15000 or is it the prorated amount? If I have manually updated an employee's provincial TD1 prior to the July 2023 tax table do I manually update from the prorated amount or from the $15000? The QB support post (Download the Latest Payroll Tax Table) doesn't quite answer. It suggests you need to update but it doesn't clarify from which amount (prorated or the $15000). Not sure how to handle this. Thanks in advance.
How do I record a credit card ourchase on a shared product I paid for with another organization?
I installed an update today for QB Pro Premier 2019 CA edition. The company file is rebuilding but taking a very long time. The file is 700mb in size, so I expect it take a while. QB has stopped responding (but the mouse moves, etc). The countdown clock hasn't changed either. - How long should I wait to restart? It's been running for an hour +- What are the likely consequences of forcing QB to close and restart?
I just took over a new account.There is a discrepancy between the Sales Tax Report and the GL. I know where the error originated and the GL is correct.I would like to adjust the Sales Tax Report. I understand that there is an adjustment functionality, but it hits the GL, which i do not want.Is there a manual override adjustment to correct the Sales Tax Report only to match the GL?

Hi guys! We have a problem with B/O items indicated in PO we have. The Received and B/O amounts do not match the items we received from our vendor (with the sum in Item Receipt). How can I adjust these quantities? How is the system keep track of B/O quantity? Denis
My client often pays bills prior to making the bills available to me to enter. As a result I have several bill payments recorded that don't have bills applied against them. I do this so I can reconcile the bank account without waiting for the bills. I would like a report that could let me know which suppliers have unapplied bill payments. Is there one or is there another way to find this out without having to look at each payment made to each vendor? Thanks.
I use Touchbistro in my restaurant. Every day I have a daily payments report which breaks out sales and tips for each payment type. I use this report to categorize and reconcile the daily bank deposits from Moneris. I would like to automate this process, is this possible? I would essentially like similar capability as the Square app provides, even if I have to upload a spreadsheet everyday with the detail, I want the tips and sales to be categorized appropriately for each payment deposit (debit, visa, mc, etc.).
The supplier has been paid in full but we only received a partial shipment. We need to identify the number of items that are backordered because when we paid the invoice, we allocated all items into inventory. I don't know how to do this in QBO. Help please! Thank you.
